Good location

My key card never worked to get on the parking garage. Beach chairs and towels would have been nice. There were no wash cloths, had to go to target to buy them!

Room was good value considering location and everything. Host provided reasonably priced parking. Terrace was used extensively. Nice view night and day. Kitchen facilities were modest, but met our needs. Host was attentive to our needs. Plenty of linens and tp. There was also a collection of leftover lotions that came in handy. Ice machine just down the hall was wonderful.

Nothing was really bad. Room is on a main street so it's a bit noisy. No basic things like salt and pepper for the kitchen. Only hand (dish) soap. A bit too much stuff in the room. Terrace chairs are fine for tanning, but not comfortable to sit and eat. In spite of these minor issues I would stay there again.

Locatons awesome. Weather perfect Team service perfect nice people. Very relaxing time. Respect my time and privacy.

There was no breakfast that I am aware of. Exceptional location. Room was nice for the value however one should be told to bring face and hand towels. Coffee pot had a hole in it but all in all, I have no real complaints. I was just happy to be able to finally travel to Hawaii without having to quarantine for 14 or 10 days!

More information on what would be standard in the room. Lack of face and hand cloths, toiletries, etc would have been nice to know.

Great views over city, rate for room #412 was significantly cheaper than rest of Aqua Palms. Good sized room in excellent location. Helpful staff. Good restaurants nearby. It is a good city centre option.

This was my first time staying in an apartment within a hotel, so the pre-arrival admin took some time to understand. But after that everything was great.
