loved the location for our purposes. rooms were spacious and very clean.

The creepy staff. The desk clerk tried to enter my room at 1:00 am. No knock. No announcement. Just used key, tried to enter my room. The latch prevented him from entering. i yelled to say I was in room. He mumbled “my mistake, I’m sorry. I didn’t feel safe so I packed and left. I confronted him on way out and he mumbled “I’m sorry” several times. What were his intentions?

Room design and location

I paid for 8 nights at a hotelWITH A POOL. To me that implies the poopl was open, not broken. Very disappointing! And expensive mistake for me.

Beds 2 different sizes, hot tube not working. Everything outdated. Breakfast not the best and hotel night staff man unresponsive

I liked that it had the option of two bedrooms

the floors were not cleaned well. the hot tub did not work and the pool was very cold to swim in so the kids weren’t able to use the facilities. and the doors automatically unlocked from the inside when you turned the handle. normally that wouldn’t be an issue but with a 2 year old it was.

I liked the 2 bedroom Suite

The pans where not clean. Bedding wasn't done properly. Blinds on bedroom door damaged. So basically no privacy for that bedroom.

I like that it was close to shops and malls

Well when I arrived there were yellow stains on my sheets and boogers on my comforter. I called the front desk to let them know and they said they'd send house keeping. Went to eat, came back and the bed still wasn't made. Called the front desk again and they said bring down the old blankets and they'd send the sheets and we'd have to wait 45 min for the comforter to be washed. Went back upstairs and got ready to go out again and noticed the lights didn't turn on in the bedroom. Called the front desk again, went down and they gave us light bulbs. Finally got the light bulbs changed and had to plug the lamps in a different socket to get them to work. We then went back downstairs and grabbed our sheets and new comforter. There were food stains everywhere, nothing was wiped off. There was still hair and gel on the hair dryer, our dvd player was broken, the hot tub didn't work, they said there were laundry facilities to do our laundry in which there wasn't, and there was suppose to be a grill in which they turned into a charcoal grill instead of having propane. The worst hotel I have every stayed in.

They were out of extra sheets. Hot tub was down pool was tiny and didn't look as advertised.

The staff was nice and facilities were clean.

The hot tub wasn’t working, they said breakfast was included and there was no breakfast. They didn’t have enough clean towels and we had to go to the lobby to get it after waiting for about an hour.

This is the place we love to go to have family gatherings. Had my granddaughters Birthday party and the grill was perfect for the hotdogs and hamburgers.

The hot tube was not working. Did not get fixed before checkout.

the staff was very nice

the fact that the first night we were there we werent able to sleep because of the people that were above us were very loud until 5 am then again on our second night we had to complainm for the 5th time and finely the lady that was working the conter moved them to a different room but it deffentaly was not work the almost $400.00 that we payed to stay for the weekend
