We booked a king with a jacuzzi tub specifically to use the tub. It was functional. The room itself was also large.

Too many things just weren't right. The only rooms that had the jacuzzi tub were smoking rooms. The smell was so strong and overpowering it gave both my boyfriend and me instant headaches and made our clothes reek. They should offer jacuzzis in non smoking rooms.. there were ashes around the jacuzzi tub, and someone's gross velour bikini left hanging in the bathroom. The bed and room itself were at weird angles and the TV was crooked and could not be adjusted. There were burn marks on the bedspread, which was rough old and not very comfy.

The hotel room was very clean and tidy to my liking. The room was spacious with comfortable bed, towels, television and a study desk to complete tasks

There were no additional amenities to satisfy customer needs. The hotel services does not provide for food, nor any self service, and there were no replacement of supplies for coffee.

could not get room cleaned. Had to pick up towels each night from the office. Anyone over six feet tall would not fit into shower. Staff was not very friendly.

Very noisy. Right on the corner of a major intersection. Hard to get in and out of the hotel.
