Dianna was wonderful.

the service was fibe.

it was like staying in a prison. The rooms were old and dank. The faucet leaked. The beds were uncomfortable. There was nothing appealing about this hotel.

Never got to stay, try telling that to booking.com, it was nothing like it was on the site,charged me for 1 night stay, it was book about 3hrs before I got there. This was my wedding anniversary weekend and it was awful. Had to go find somewhere else to stay.

Nothing everything was great

Closeness to downtown activities. Room was clean. Full fridge.

Hotel is no smoking and even has you sign a paper about it but yet as soon as you walk in, it smelled like smoke and the first couple rooms by the desk were really strong it smelled like this from check in to check out. Also price is pretty high for the hotel and you have to pay for parking which is apart of the hotel so seems alittle odd.

Staff was great location was ok close to downtown.

Windows haven't been clean in years. Hallway smells and you can see the wear and tell of an older underkept hotel.

Bed bugs

The person checking us in was real friendly and explained to us about the hotel and certain things. She told us about the parking fee and also about the grab and go breakfast that was to be avaiable in the morning.

The room smelled like smoke, and there was mold in the bathroom sink and because this trip was for work as soon as we checked in we had to get ready and leave. The front desk associate was nice and offered to switch our room once we came back however there was no one at the front desk to do so. So we had to tough it out which is unacceptable. Also there where people hanging around outside that were asking for money. Also we had to pay a parking fee which was not stated in the original booking.

the halls were not clean, noisy all nite the morning breakfast items needed to be replenished.

It was a wonderful place to stay and the staff was very helpful especially getting an Uber/lyft

there was a distinct smell in the bedroom that wasn’t pleasant. The water was brown coming out of the shower. The water pressure was also terrible

Location is not bad

Not clean. All furniture broken. Smells awful. Bathroom fan sounds like helicopter. Underneath the beds trash from previous visitors.

How the price changed from 125 plus tax and parking fee on booking.com app to 135.99 plus tax and parking fee? I asked cashier why did it go up she said thats their regular price I see the those apps are only to trick you there!

Staff friendly. Was ok clean. Comfortable bed. Have to ask for things like remote, coffee pot, dishes, silver but they were good about complying.

Heat didn't work. Cold all night. No extra blankets in room. Dryer was stolen and not replaced. Paying $6 a day extra to park.
