We always stay at the Acorn everytime we come to town. The beds are comfortable and it's reasonable priced.

I really didn't like that I booked the room two weeks ahead of time for a certain price and when I got there, they raised the room rate significantly. I think I should get charged exactly what it was when I purchased it What if I couldn't afford to pay more? I felt like it was very misleading and they took advantage of the fact that we were already there and had to have somewhere to stay. It was very dishonest

The room was very clean and spotless. It’s in a great location near shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants. I was completely satisfied with everything about this motel

Great location, check in was easy, only complaint is that it sort of smelled like smoke in the lobby sometimes and got a hint of the smell in our room for just a minute. Overall we were very happy with out stay.

The bed was way too firm. Could not get comfortable at all.

Clean and comfortable

It was a nice enough room, on the older side, but clean and comfortable. There is a Walgreens and a grocery store across the street.

There's no elevator so you have to haul everything up the stairs.

Pleasantly surprised with the Acorn, clean friendly and contemporary. was told by rumor that it was not nice, but I loved it.

Beds were comfortable, room looked clean. Fridge and microwave worked. Great TV channel selection.

The room smelled like smoke pretty strongly and the bathroom handle was broken so it wouldn't open from outside and my kid almost got stuck in there. Luckily she finally figured out how to open it from the inside.

Clean and comfortable. Convenient location right on main highway. Interesting antique decor in rooms. Very comfortable beds.

Lackluster breakfast offerings.

Easy to find but the location on a busy street was abit loud. Breakfast was Ok but yoghurt or egg or fruit would have been nice.

Location in city. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The desk clerk and cleaning staff were pleasant and courteous.

Facility worn. Pipes very noisy - so that the lengthy shower in next room late at night was very loud and irritating, Wi-Fi was spotty, no coffee maker or cups for making your own, windows filthy, breakfast was minimal with only carbohydrates available, tv program selection was very dated. Definitely bare bones.

We were given the Honeymoon Suite. Wow! What a room! It was actually like a one-bedroom apartment. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Last time we were given a room with 3 queen beds. That was great too! I guess all the rooms must be larger than normal. We will still here again!!

I didn't like that I left my phone charger behind.
