The breakfast was always delicious! Especially the biscuits with sausage gravy! The biscuits were so light and so fluffy.

Their free breakfast is really, really good! It's not just the basic continental breakfast....each day they have different hot options like biscuits/gravy and omelettes, etc. along with waffle station, etc. They even had small ammenities like a black make-up washcloth so you don't stain their white ones...LOL. But what I fell in love with was the staff...Melody, Deborah, front desk, and I can't remember her name but the sweetest employee who worked during breakfast and complimented me on my clothes and smile every morning. When we were there, the employees were wearing a Mental Health shirt that advocated for support and acceptance and they also had an LBGTQ+ shirt that they wore to show acceptance for all people. There is a banner in the lobby that also speaks to inclusivity for all. The employees raved about how amazing management was and how much they loved working there...it was so sincere and a common theme that people loved working under the current owner and especially the current manager...they said they loved her! Smiles, smiles everywhere...even the housekeepers wore adorable lavendar colored scrubs and were smiling and happy. I also found (by accident) a secluded, fenced in area behind the hotel with lounge chairs and away from the pool where it was quiet and secluded...super cool so go find it! There's also a great area behind the hotel for walking your dogs (or in our case our Sphynx cat...LOL). For a franchise establishment, I was really impressed. I'd go back just to see the staff again...they are the heart and energy of you stay!

Friendliness, Location, ample parking, double queen rooms are comfortable and accommodating

I wish we could have had a 2BDR suite or adjoining rooms. It was a bit lopsided with 4 guests in one and 1 in the second room.
