Rooms clean and tidy. Good location, parking lot well lit at night. Yes close to airport but rooms quiet.

Beds too hard for my wife and I's liking (not a huge deal!!) But the pillows where tiny! Even some of the cheaper motels I stay at for work have 4 nice pillows per bed.

There was no hot breakfast available during our stay. Only decaf coffee in room. Disappointed in room.

Lot of homeless in the area. Hotel looks very updated. Queen size bed felt more like full size bed. Beds were not comfortable.

weird, sketchy people. employees don’t greet you, no good hospitality. check out was 11am and the hotel staff tried to kick my friend and I out at 9am claiming we checked out and said we can no longer stay in the room. they tried saying some lady checked out in our room number when I had no girls, just me and my buddy, both dudes.

Breakfast is very poor. If you eat healthy food there is nothing to choose from at all, so you stay hungry

We had to ask for a few things (nothing major) and I'm pretty sure they forgot to sweep our room but other than that, everything was as expected

the breakfast was delicious, the staff was really friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and plenty of towels, air conditioning and heater worked perfectly, we enjoyed the washer and dryer on our floor, great location for everything we we’re going on our trip

disliked the loud airplanes all hours of the night and the foot traffic from the bus and train station. Room was smaller than advertised, and beds were very very firm for my liking, my wife loved the firmness parking lot needs to be cleaned up a bit
