Location close to airport was great.

It was very unclean - floors dirty, the rooms in poor upkeep - the taps leaked. Mattresses old and stained and the bedding did not fit properly. Definitely made one concerned about risk of bedbugs.

This property was more of an extended stay. The beds were very uncomfortable, the room had an awful stinch either from the carpet discussing or smoke.

Lo único bueno del hotel es que está cerca del aeropuerto.

Muy mala atención del personal y también las instalaciones están en mal estado.

Good location for airport access, It is next to a fun place to eat with great people and food. The bed was comfortable. Ground floor also convenient.

The room carpet was extremely dirty, I used a white towel to soak up some water and it came up black. The sheets did not fit nor stay on the bed. The room was very grimy and very worn. The AC sounded like an airplane landing. This particular location does not have an airport shuttle, we had to use a $12 uber.

Nothing at all. Property is very dirty. Room smelled , carpets stained, bathroom with mildew around tub, they did not clean or make beds next morning and said they only clean and make beds every 3 days. Sheets and blanket looked very worn out. I will never go to a La Quinta Inn again.

Everything, breakfast area by kitchen very dirty and roaches in the lobby area. Place was a disaster, needs to be knocked down.

I liked nothing about this place, I would never stay here again. I was greeted by cockroaches in the parking lot. The bed sheets were stained, the bathroom was nasty. Luckily I was only staying there for one night as I wa heading to the airport the next morning.

Gross place would NOT recommend to my worst enemy. Nasty nasty place. Needs to be shut down urgently. Terrible experience. Large cockroaches in the parking lot, stained bed sheets, filthy carpet in the room. Bathroom mirror was stained and dirty.

It needs maintenance. The faucet dripped . There were stains on the carpet.

None yet , water bathtub was moving when I try to shower , shower was broke and I couldn’t even open top part . The water is stuck in the bathtub don’t drain and even water come out thru the edges to the bathroom Floor period . I had to pay extra for checking early and I still could eat breakfast . I couldn’t move to third floor with elderly parents . We were stuck at the airport night before so I came this morning to received this bad news of an order of work to be done after I been charged 125$ plus not able to shower . I need my money back is not fair .

Dear Danny Otero, As grateful as I can be about staying at La Quinta, I simply want a full refund of our stay. We chose your hotel based on La Quinta experience in Chile. Sadly it was the biggest mistake of out hotel booking experience. These are the reasons: Toilet not flushing properly Sink and tub clogged and retaining water Stinky and unfit mattress that left me with a full back spasm Room smelled like sewage the entire time Stenchy carpet No notification or warning that room would not be made up or cleaned People doing drugs outside our room and on the first floor Surrounding area smellling like marihuana Loud and uneducated guests between 9-12pm Cigarrette buds all over property Stinky lounge or breakfast area Unfriendly hosts at night (day time ones were educated and professional) Unable to sleep, feeling unsafe the entire time with people who were using drugs and drinking alcohol outside our room and down by the stairs Feeling as if i could not protect my 6 year old daughter in case anything happened with the people who were drinking and using drugs I do not need anymore apologies, I need a full refund. This stay was unacceptable. I am flying back home with a bad back, fully strained and a migrane. Not sleeping for two days has left us with unrecoverable health. I hope to hear from you today. No Airport shuttle

When I arrived at airport, called the hotel , the phone rang for 20 Mins ! No one answer the phone ! I reached to Booking customer service, booking customer the hotel while I waited on the other line . Booking Customer confirmed complaint, no one answered the phone ! As resulted, I had to brooked another hotel ! Was anot able to stay hotel !

La ubicación está excelente.

La limpieza no la hacen todos los días, el desayuno muy malo e incompleto. La mayoría del personal no habla español.

The only two good things about the property was the closeness too the airport & the housekeeper made an effort

Front desk staff was appalling , the guy was chucking my card and I’d back at me his overall attitude was shocking the lady next to him was the same with another guest but still eating & chewing on her dinner whilst speaking to them, the pool was dirty so unable to use , the door to the room looked like it had been kicked off it’s hinges

Staff was really friendly had a problem with our first room and they moved us immediately without question that was really nice great restaurant right in the parking lot

Seem to be a small problem with the plumbing toilets didn't flush very well on the first flush was told they're going to get their engineering and maintenance department to look at it as soon as possible
