Breakfast was good, it's what we expected. Staff was quick to replenish food items. Fruit was fresh. Breakfast location was not spread out enough. Guests were crowded when trying to serve themselves.

Our room location was overlooking the freeway. The traffic noice was too loud. Unfortunately, the weather stripping on the door leading to the outside was gone thus making the freeway noise much louder.

Cleanliness

It was comfy and everything was nice and clean.

The tv didn’t work. Only stayed on one channel. Remote didn’t work to change channel.

Construction workers were harassing

The lights in our room had to be fixed.

The room was newly remodeled and comfortable. The location was very convenient for me. I especially liked the bathroom.

Some of the outlets did not work. There is still construction happening and the parking was limited.

This is my 2nd stay here. i understand the hotel in doing renovations, but we were given a room that was not completed. We only had working power outlets by the bed and the sink. There is no overhead lighting, and the little lighting we had was so bad we had to buy extension cords and a lamp to get work done. Wiring sticking out everywhere and the blow dryer didn't work, the room wasn't even done being painted. The new lighting around the mirror was very faint. We spoke to the front desk and they didn't even offer a discount or to switch rooms. This was a working business trip and with the issues we were not able to get as much done as we should have. Bed was comfortable.

No options were given to change our room. No discount was offered no lighting, no power, room not finished construction

The new look from the rooms are beautiful.

The room was close to the construction and there was to much noise. The floor was to dusty.
