Everything was great but the elevators were bad

in my opinion, this resort all in all just a below average, due to I had stayed at resort such as the Broadmor in Colorado Spring Colorado and Kiawah Island resort near St. John South Carolina

Parking is complicate to follow, one assigned parking space per unit not cool, all yellow parking need consolidated in same area. not enough handicap parking space, too many issues to list, room at first look is adequate, but problems start, no hot water, until we call the maintenance to fix hot water, a periodic beeping noise and all 3 TV in condo not working, maintenance only fix 1 of 3 TV in the condo; therefore, resort drop to 2 stars because a 3, 4,& 5 stars resort would correct the problem BEFORE or on the 1ST call. Next the door at the balcony does not lock, all the lawn chairs all have salt rust at the bottom of the legs, thus, we did not feel these chairs are safe to use. the carpet on the balcony almost flown off the balcony so we had to roll it up and brought in and stored roll up in the main bedroom, the constant beeping sound came from owner closet, drove my wife and guest crazy. paint chip on baseboard, ceiling peel off and drop on head on tenants, live cockroach in master bedroom. Then the resort accommodation is barely adequate, the elevator at the very high end room number did not work for 3 days from the time we check in, water standing in the elevator, throughout the resort walkway, the bathroom on ground floor at the high end room number with water and urine mixed in walkways, and were all over the floor, also constant standing water from the ground floor route near the pool, Jacuzzi to beach wooden ramp. the Jacuzzi was in repair on 2nd day, I tried to use the pool at couple locations of this resort and learned the pool water lack of chlorine and water were murky not clear, so I tried in the early morning, and problem persist, Then the walkway on the beach are full of trash left behind by the tenants stayed at this resort, I am an early riser 5:30 to 6 am, as I walking down to the beach, did not see employee came out to pickup the trash or use rake being pull with and ATV to collect all the trash on the pretty white beach.

The room has ROACHES!!! Needs an up grade carpet was nasty curtains were nasty and needs to be replaced the balcony needs pressure washing the toilet seats needed changing it felt li a low budget room

pool and location to restaurants

When we arrived the floors in the unit were filthy. We had to clean them mold was found in 2 different locations. Dryer vent was clogged and had to be cleaned. Lack of maintenance in unit 519

I loved how everything is so close to it! Also the pool and the beach access was amazing!

There honestly wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

All the hotel employees treated us badly they are not friendly at all they need better employees .

I like the location and the view.

The staff is rude with exception of the housekeeping. Also the shut down the pool the whole day due to “pH of pool”. It’s upsetting because we paid for that experience to swing in the pool with view of the beach. Multiple guess were complaining and the staff as rude.
