No breakfast and the room was filthy with bedbugs. I really deserve a refund

The day time front counter staff was great, he was helpful and polite. The evening staff, and old fart, was rude and disrespectful. I asked for towels, and he recused argued and yelled that they were in the room already. He then gave me two face towels and a floor mat towel for two people.( Our door was wide open, when we first arrived) Horrible experience… I shouldn’t have to have a debate for towels. Negative stars

Did not stay. Pulled up and felt completely uncomfortable.

They gave us a handicap room. They never did any housekeeping, they had only 7 channels available to watch, and the walls were so thin, they used a curtain as a comforter, and the neighbors were so noisy and were overcrowding the room next door that I couldn't sleep. Not to mention the loud residents and sometimes it sounded like they were fighting outside. And when I tried to leave early and get a refund for the last 3 remaining days, booking.com did not resolve the issue and said the hotel refused because of some "policy". So I had to pay for somewhere else and not get my refund from Gateway Inn. WORSE HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER! AND THANK YOU BOOKING.COM FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

The bathroom was large

The stink of weed was overwhelming. No apology or offer to move me. The staff sprayed cleaner that helped a little. The people staying in the hotel were sketchy. Noise at midnight and 2:30 am.

Very convenient and met my needs! Thanks and will be back!
