The location
The disgusting broken chair the vomit all over the toilet and wall and the pubic hair in the tub also having to clean the bathroom myself because the desk attendant wanted to rinse it out with the after and call it clean. Worst hotel ever and to beat it all off I'm still waiting to be refunded my 100 dollar deposit that I was told would be returned in 4-6 days .

Room was old and a fresh coat of paint just wasn’t enough to help it. Funny odor. Bathroom door would get stuck if closed all the way. Breakfast was mediocre.

The bed was quite comfortable, and we both slept well. We did not wake up stiff and sore, like in some motel beds. The breakfast was adequate to start the day. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The toilets are a great height for a six-year-old but were challenging for our 70+ year old spines and knees. The shower did not have any gripper bars, and the bottom was sloped, which made getting in and out difficult and slightly dangerous. The back entrance in the building was very trashy and dirty. There was some sort of party going on near our room on Saturday night that didn't end until 6:00 am, so we kept waking up all night.

Everything was good with the exception of the breakfast area that was not clean and the waffle machine not functioning properly. Also missed the fresh fruit.
The bath tub was not washed, just kind of "rinsed".
Reservation was made for King size bed and got a double Queen.

Overall facility is run down, but my room was clean and the bed was fine. Lobby restrooms were out of service. Breakfast did not look good at all, was only able to make some tea. Desk staff both evening and morning were friendly.

The location is in a great area with restaurants and a gas station in walking distance and a few minutes away from the South Park Mall.
We had no phone or clock in our room. the property smelled like mildew and needed some febreeze or something to clear the air. Two lamps in our room didn’t work and we had to take the stairs to get to our room with all our luggage. Needed more wash cloths only had 1 for 4 guests. Carpets leading to the room were visibly dirty with crackers and chip crumbs present.

We appreciate the value of double bed and the very reasonable price. Our second bed matress needs to be changed--low in the middle. Breakfast was ok but would like real eggs boiled or a chef for specially prepared. Glazed donutes would be great but the cupcakes were good. Coffee was excellent. Thanks for providing a room at reasonable price near the front as requested. We plan to visit again soon.
We were able to stay for 4 days and not be disturbed except for the one night Fire Alarm and he didn't know how to turn off. The bed linens were great. I'm allergic to some soaps and had no problem. Liked having coffee in the room and the water was hot--great shower. I heard someone ask for a ride to the airport which was not available. Told they needed a taxi and you are maybe 3 miles away.

Check-in was pretty quick. Booked through Booking.com, showed up, signed the pet waiver, and checked into our room.
We noticed that this hotel was much emptier than it had been in the past several stays here on our trips back and forth to visit family, but we figured it was because we were travelling during the week. As it turns out, they don't have a maintenance person on staff anymore and the one they have now "comes when he can". Our room keys didn't allow us in the door we were told to use, so I walked around to the other side where I found a door completely unlocked. We went to our room and found the key wouldn't work in the room so I walked up front to get them re-coded. The room we were assigned was filthy and had lightswitches that were so dirty it was clear they hadn't been cleaned or serviced. The tub's faucet was running when we entered and couldn't be turned off. I went back to the front desk and found that there wasn't anyone there, called several times while waiting, and someone different finally showed up through the front door. They apologized for the room, let me know it about their maintenance person not working there anymore, and gave us another room. We moved all our things (and our dogs) into the second room and found out that the toilet didn't flush. I went back up to the front desk and told them we were going to stay elsewhere. When I asked for a refund I was told that because I booked through a third party they couldn't issue a refund but they could check me out. I asked if checking me out would indicate that I actually stayed and they said they'd pass this to the manager the following day to make sure we were refunded. I still have the pending charge and have heard nothing back from them. I was so shocked by the rooms that I never got any photos, but we booked at the Hampton around the corner and had a wonderful stay there.
