I had several people approach my room late at night.

The location was good.

The room and shower were filthy, toilet tank was broken, toilet moved when being used, and you couldn't close the bathroom door as it was hanging off the hinge. There was a gap under the door which allowed 14° air to blow in. Holes in the walls, garbage under the bed. The chair was peeling. The lamp had no bulb in it. The remote was held together with bandaids. Based on the view in the window, in the pictures from the ad. Our room was in the ad. This pictures had to be from when the hotel was built. This hotel was what I would imagine a Crack house to be. They charge a $100 deposit. They still have it pending in my account 3 days later. We told the girl at the desk all of the issues. She said she would tell the manager that we should get at least a partial refund. No communication from the manager. Please, remove this hotel from your site.

The sheets were gross, found someone else's socks , it was never properly cleaned the door to the room beside us wasn't locked n couldn't even shut it all the way, neighbors screaming n yelling late at night. The fridge was messed up it was just not good

The staff was super friendly and helpful.

An intoxicated person hit my car and the first room I was supposed to check into was still dirty.

Very nice place to stay very comfortable beds so sleep on the manger's of hotel are very nice people they make you feel like family the room are cozy

The woman at the front desk was wonderful and polite....she was very accommodating and gave me a bigger room when I asked cause I thought I was supposed to have a bigger room. The room was very warm and very clean.

The room and the walk up to the room were disgustingly dirty. I returned to the office quickly once I opened the door to check the room out. the front desk guy refused to check me out and refund me. and continued to keep my deposit and booking fees! DO NOT BOOK OR STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!
