The facility has been remodeled and is so worth the money... Peace and quiet and clean

Nice location, cleanish rooms overall, nice breakfast and staff was friendly
Bathroom appliances needed to be cleaned more throughly and also sheets. Requested new ones, there many stands of hair on them.

Nice rooms spacious ! Rooms were clean !
Weird odor smell in lobby and some rooms 215 217 ! I had to change our room out two times ! The first time our refrigerator in the room was out. The second time there was an old water smell ! Staff got me another room with no problem but he caught an attitude because I said the room had a weird odor !

We didn’t get to stay very long. We paid for a room and didn’t stay long before we were told we had to leave because of a failing alarm system. Water was coming in the building from the ceiling and the ceilings were collapsing. This was very unfortunate for me because I was getting ready to move out of town and had to figure out another place to stay at the last minute since we were kicked out.

The air conditioner compressor made a loud, disturbing noise as it cycled on and off through the night, and it made it impossible to sleep. At midnight my wife asked to be moved to another room, but none were available. The room smelled bad too.

Dining area not open for breakfast but a very good breakfast bag was provided. Muffin, yogurt or fruit cup, juice, cereal or sausage biscuit.

It was so clean. The pool was open and was really nice. All the staff was nice and accommodating. The beds were so comfortable. I would rent again!

The Attitude Of The Staff, The Stains On The Floors, Bed, Couch, & Walls. Stained & Burned Sheets In A NON-SMOKING Room. The Rooms Are Falsely Advertised. Me & My Fiancée Weren’t Here But 20 Minutes & We Had To Check Out Because The Room Was Disgusting & The Unhelpful Staff Made It Worse. When I Requested A Refund, I Was Ignored. Will Never Book Here Again & Wouldn’t Suggest Anyone Else To Either.

The hotel does the white bag breakfast, but the desk staff help me with a selection that was either a cold meal (cereal) or hot (biscuits) you have to microwave. Great going to work breakfast

When booking, the process indicated my credit card would not be charged until I arrived. That was incorrect. I used my credit card to hold the room. My wife has a Quality Inn card which we intended to use. When we arrived the receptionist said the transaction had already been processed. I think I will deal directly with the hotel next time since the information provided by Booking was incorrect.
