No elevator. Uncomfortable bed.

I liked that you did not Jack up your prices for ISU family weekend I went to book there for next year for family weekend and was very disappointed to see that you did Jack up your prices for next year To an extremely ridiculous amount Very disappointed. We will be staying some more different next year

No breakfast was out at checkout

The hotel manager was horrible- she was so adamant that I pay a higher rate for my 13 year old child. She wanted me to pay an adult rate. She would not help me and it took several hours to resolve. Will NEVER stay there again!!

Stayed 4 weeks in a row never staff manager never send someone to clean my room and when I asked him he was rude very disrespectful

The area was unsafe with what appeared homeless people circling the parking lot. We left early.

There was blood on the shower curtain and the hygiene was not the greatest.

Hygiene and that our rooms were not attached as requested.

Shower didn’t work. Drains didn’t work well. Room stunk

The whole facility smelled like an ashtray and furniture in hallway had stains all over it. There was no air conditioning in hallways or lobby ( made the place smell like horrible! My bath room need repair as the bath tube was stained will black residue ( mold)

They gave our room that we reserved to someone else and hAd(forced to pay more for another room to spend the night) we told them we are coming! This hotel does not seem to follow booking rules
