10 mins from Hershey Park with very good diner across the parking lot for lunch and dinner. Close enough to hope over to Harrisburg to explore the city and the Capital Beltway bike trail. Breakfast has good selection with hot items so can fuel up for a day at Hershey Park. Staff was very helpful when we needed extra sheets for the sofa bed and towels.

Carpeting a bit damp on the room but not surprising because there is a pool in the hotel and previous guests may not have dried off properly from the pool before heading back to room. Also it would be nice if the property provided a covered area where we can lock up our bikes. There was none so we kept the bikes locked up on our car rack throughout our stay in the area even though we did not use it on days when we visited Hershey Park.

I asked for them to wave the fees since I couldn’t make the reservation, did this 4 days before my stay and nobody replied and I was charged full price for the stay, even though I couldn’t make it, very rude ppl at that hotel on the phone as well

The staff were very nice. The beds were comfortable and ac worked .

The room clearly had water damage on the ceiling and walls and smelled like mold. The fire sprinkler had no cap. When I was leaving the elevator broke and I had to carry my bags from 3rd floor to 1st floor. Staff watched me struggle and did not offer to help. Also the curtains were broken and would not close and the toilet did not always flush.

They overcharged me after I prepaid for my room on booking, said they would refund the 130.99 because the lady who checked me in didn't know what she was doing, and then started to process a refund for the money and then removed the refund the next day and charged me for the room AGAIN AFTER I ALREADY PAID FOR IT BEFORE I EVEN GOT TO THE HOTEL! I HAVE SENT COUNTLESS EMAILS AND NO RESPONSE!! I want that charge removed from my account! I already paid. It says you are still pending the charge in my account! And you already took the money out of my account! I want the refunded amount! You cannot legally charge someone again once they have already paid for a room. It's not my fault your employee didn't charge booking when she checked me in! Im not paying twice for a room for one night!!! I already paid!!! FIX THIS!!! ROOM 201, MAY 6-7 CARD ENDING IN 8521. 130.99 . FIX IT!

Location near the event

First floor curtains could not be closed fully allowing in light and people passing by to look in. Hot tub was not functioning. No hairdryer in room.

The location felt safe.

Extremely poor customer service! The smell of mildew was so unbearable for me to fall asleep. No shampoo and just plainly dirty!

I loved the three pillows. I have neck issues and forgot my neck pillow at home. I was amazed at how comfy and pliable the pillows were. I also love the breakfast and the cheery little dining room.

The overhead vent in my bathroom was not working. I couldn't see anything in the bathroom after showering. The hallway and stairwell rug needs some attention. Except for that, it was a good stay.

Beds were comfy and clean. Rooms smelled good. Breakfast was great and restocked often. Pool was phenomenal. Great location with walkable gas stations. Quiet rooms. Convenient laundry facility, great snack options at front desk. Reasonable room prices. Amazingly friendly staff.

Mold in bathrooms on drywall, buttons on ac unit didn't work. Outlets had burn/fire marks in lobby. water damage in main lobby ceilings. Keys were hard to fidget with to open rooms.

they advertised an indoor pool but it was closed. No housekeeping, which we were not aware of, and no one offered to take the garbage out or get us fresh towels. Breakfast was disappointing with many things out and not refilled—and only apples for fruit.
