the property needs to be freshen up. everything is old and in bad conditions. the only thing that separates you from the outside it’s a very thin glass window. I felt very unsafe. breakfast was included in the price. I wouldn’t call it breakfast. it was muffins, nature valley protein bars and coffee. I have stayed in cheaper hotels and I have had a good time. this was just awful

The room reeked of cigarettes so badly that our clothes smelled like the room after we left. Also, there was no ice machine.

Check in was horrible room is out dated really bad. Bed was very uncomfortable telephone was unplugged and not working so if I had an emergency no one would have known

Had a assignment and my could not get unto the wifi, the front desk could not help me. Had to go sit in the mall to do it.

Air conditionary

The staff does not help with the inquiries or help for example there is no umbrella provision, you can not obtain a needle. The check in y so late and check out so early. It is pretty dark inside the rooms.

Close to the interstate, very clean property.

bed was comfortable, A/C worked, tv and wireless worked.

room wasn't ready at 3pm as advertised because they were not done cleaning the rooms so I had to come back and then had to wait half hour before someone was at the desk to check me in. I had luggage and they put me on second floor although they had bottom floor rooms available. difficult to open and shut the door, carpet frayed, bathroom sink clogged water backed up, shower had poor water pressure, tub dirty or stained,, clock was not set at right time.
