BUGS IN THE BEDS. crawled on face while in bed. avoid at all costs

There was no breakfast no lids for the coffee cups no clean towels when we asked we were told by the manager that nothing had been done the night before and we would have to wait two hours for clean towels or to shower and that she did not know what to tell us. In other words not her problem the water was cold in the shower again not her problem the bathroom was very dirty when we got there there was dust all over the chair and under the air conditioner in the makeshift closet there was absolutely no cups spoons no coffee maker plates nothing I asked about a coffee maker and they said they’d have to go look for one they had none available never got back to me again and I

outside looked great, but the inside was horrible. People are living here for months.

I did not feel safe

lots of homeless people outside the property, not a safe location

Rooms smelled disgusting and smoke alarm went off after turning on the heater for 2 minutes.

it was close to places to eat and grocery store. Right off the freeway for convenience.

i got the hotel because it had a kitchen. We wanted to cook some food for dinner and they had no plates, glasses and utensils. Not even a frying pan to cook with.

the location and price the day staff Lena ( I believe was her name was amazing .

In the morning there was a bloody towel in the elevator and when I went to let the front desk know , no one could be found .

Waited almost an hour to get a room, they never had towels, no swimming pool and nobody was at front desk at night but doors were unlocked for others to come in and they don't have hair dryers or pans to cook.

Close to Newport beach and stores and restaurants are accessible!!

They dont offer breakfast i thought fast breakfast was continental 🤷‍♀️

The room had a sink in the kitchen area, it looked like someone vomited in the sink and it was never cleaned! They said included continental breakfast, they had coffee and granola bars only. Nothing else, no water.

it was a problem from the time we got there 1st it took the lady working the front desk over 5mins to come from the back after being in her personal phone than we had not towels in our room the toilet wouldn’t not flash at all so we where told there was nothing they could because there was no one on site to fix it to call back in the morning after 7am and that was crazy because we had just checked in from a 8 hour drive so not to be about use the bathroom was wild so I finally went back and ask the lady if we can just have a plunger so we can do it ourselves and that didn’t even work so it was a nightmare staying here would never stay here again and that wasn’t even all that happened but at this point I’m just happy we find another place to enjoy our vacation/ bday
