Preety sure staff copied my card as I had fraud next morning by 6am.

I like staying here. It's a nice hotel and comfortable rooms. The staff is always friendly.

There was a severe storm that moved through Saturday afternoon and we didn't have any power until after 930 that night. There was no offer of compensation for that. It was in the 90's. Very uncomfortable.

The beds were made nicely, and the room was tidy.

The only "hot" breakfast were waffles...that you had to pour and prepare in the iron. There were microwaveable sausage biscuits and also pouches of oatmeal available. But there were no evgs whatsoever, and there was no hot-and-ready food. I chose this hotel in part because the Web site promised a hot breakfast. I was traveling with my four (4) children, and this was an important factor for me. Also, the shower knobs and between the tiles showed black substances, which I certainly hope was not mold.

Website listed hot breakfast…it’s continental…dirty towels were in our bathroom upon checkin. Had an emergency and needed to check out and the owner was not helpful and they would have been able to rebook the room. Ice machine and pool were both down also

It was clean and the staff was nice.

Room and bathroom was out dated. It was clean so it wasn't that bad.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Stephanie gave us good information and directed us to a very nice sushi restaurant. She even brought us towels and wipes to clean up with after having to replace a headlight bulb in the parking lot.

Great location with restaurants in walking distance. The front desk staff were very friendly. The room was nice and clean. Large room with sitting area. It had a counter area outside the bathroom with a sink and coffee maker. The microwave and fridge were in the TV cabinet.

You could hear the people above us walking around their room. You could hear the conversations of people as they walked by in the hallway. However, it did not ruin the stay - just a bit of annoyance when it was occurring.

The room was dusted, vacuumed, and very clean.

The room had a terrible odor that made me feel sick.

Big room with Comfortable bed. Location was convenient with Easy on & off the interstate. Half mile or less from all you would need for your stay

Carpet and chairs in the room were nasty and stained. Need to be replaced or at a minimum steam cleaned immediately (so glad I brought slippers from home - yuck)

toilet was slow and clogged not much to the free breakfast

My bed had a wet spot which was about 24'' X24'' , there was also a hole in the wall the size of a half dollar, I told management and they only said they know about it and I will not be charged for it.

The location was great. Room size was great.

The lady working the evening shift, after 8pm was rude. I had to call the hotel to tell someone I needed to check in after waiting for over 5 minutes at the front desk. She seemed very annoyed we were there. The following night (we stayed 2 nights) we got back to the hotel around 9. Our room key didn't work. My husband and I went back to the front desk to find out what the problem was. The same lady from the night before was at the front desk. A man was standing with her at the desk. When we told her the room key was not working the 2 started laughing at us. It was very odd to say the least. The day shift lady however was very very nice. As for the room, the bed springs can be felt no matter where you lay. The bathroom had a jetted tub, which is nice, however it was so nasty. You could visibly see dirt and grime on the tub and jets. The tiles in the tub were also breaking and crumbling from the shower walls. When we showered the shower had a strange slime feeling on the floor of the tub. The drain was also extremely slow so by the time we were done with our shower we were standing in a tub full of dirty water from the dirt coming from the jets.

this room was spacious, clean and nice. there were 2 chairs for us to relax in and watch tv. this was a great pet friendly hotel. the bed was comfortable and the shower had great pressure. we asked for an extra blanket and it was provided .

the breakfast wasn't much at all. although we did like the mini sausage sandwiches.
