Was very old, dirty and super loud! The walls are paper thin people next to us yelled until 1 am

Staff handled price match problem from Booking.con very effectively.

Hotel had to correct a problem that was caused by Booking.com. Had a price match that was not forwarded to the hotel by Booking.com.

We didn't have breakfast went to eat

They let animals stay there we did not know that when we booked.

It was a great place to stay. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

The only thing I didn't care for was the beds they were a little to hard for me, I'm used to a softer bed, but other than that it was great.

Cheapest place I could find. Loved the exterior planters and the fact that there was a restaurant on site.

Our door didn’t shut all the way which caused me to have concern for security/safety in our room. Had to use the top lock and chain lock to ensure nobody could just push the door open. My boyfriend had flowers delivered to the hotel for our occasion, but the staff didn’t make sure they got to us, my boyfriend had to go to the lobby and explain they were something he ordered. The furniture just slides across the room with little to no effort. Shower could have a better head. The road situation is horrible, traffic is crazy at both exits and it’s difficult to get where you’re going sometimes.

this is my second visit to this property. I chose this because it is in Pigeon Forge but not in the middle of everything. It is right at the end of the city limits before going to Gatlinburg.

Not the hotels fault, the restaurant/tavern on site was closed for our trip. I was looking forward to their pancakes!
