the whole trip....my reservation was canceled by the hotel 2hrs prior to my arrival..... another couple arrived b4 us said the hotel was very dirty and unclean ex. mold in the refrigerator, rust on the door, elevator half working and the staff is NOT courteous

staff was rude. no towels. no running water, no pillows, no comforters. it was all around a bad experience. we checked in got to the room. looked around & left. they refused to give a refund, then raised hell about us wanting our money back. would definitely not recommend staying here

Front desk service was very rude . Very unorganized. I don’t know how they are in service .

The make ready guy, who doubled as the night front desk agent was actually super easy going and so was the housekeeper..... after complaint floowed by complaint followed by more issues, neither of them frowned or got rude...

The room I reserved and paid for wasn't the room I got stuck with, they gave me a non smoking two bed with none of the advertised amenities and utensils, no linens for bathing, and so I cut up a oair of my sweat pants and used that and realized that the tub had a leak that flooded the bathroom floor and ruined my Adidas duffel bag and contents and also almost ruined my brand new gifted for my engagement calvin kline purse. The ac/heating unit wouldn't work because unless someone held the pieces in place and even then it was hit or miss. So basically they downsized me to a lesser value room that was a price of (pardon my french), kept the difference and the the next day even after being notified but every issue and mishap and false advertisement on on the rooms site, they decide to up charge me for the same exact room and wouldn't let me speak to a higher authority......

No comforter or blanket (—or bedspread, cold night), no pillows, no towels, no remote—took a while too figure out how to turn the TV off (it was left on),

The front desk personnel were pleasant and helpful.

The entire facility (including our non-smoking room) smelled of cigarette and marijuana smoke. The floor in our room was sticky.

1. Broken toilet and bathroom door . We had to wait 4 hours to get them repaired 2. no coffee in room or in lobby 3. No hangers for clothes 4. No ice buckets 5. Valet carts locked up and not available. 6. Pillows completely flat

I really liked the amount of space in the room. And I really enjoyed the kitchenette as I found myself using it a lot.

The cleaning solution they used for the floor left a stick residue, and it ended up not feeling clean. Lastly I took notice to some mold spots above where the shower is.

The room was filthy. The hallway flooring is missing. It's the dirtiest, saddest, dilapidated shell of a building you've ever seen. The building is right by a loud busy freeway. There were no amenities whatsoever, not even a paper cup, much less a coffeemaker, as the website promised. The staff started banging on my door two hours earlier than the check-out time they quoted.
