They changed my room when I arrived and they gave me a “better” one and it has been the worst hotel room in my life. It smelled very bad, the bathroom was dirty and damaged, the pillows were old and looked used and not changed later, the sheets had a bad smell. I don’t recommend it at all

Kinda felt like a drug house

Clean room and good service from maintenance.

Terrible front desk service and no attendance to breakfast after initial lay out, with repeated running out of items and not replenished them despite being only halfway through posted serving times.

Everything, but the worst was being given a key card for a room that was already occupied! We got another hotel after that; we didn't know whether they would do the same to us and have our stuff stolen.

Nothing

No bath towels in room, and none were available for both nights. Light bulbs missing in bathroom. Mold in bathroom, hence the missing lights? No smoke detector in room. Smelled of cannabis in room. No iron. No coffee maker. TV remote did not work

The front desk person was not friendly and he told us he wasn't sure if the room was clean or already occupied. You could tell he didn't care about his job.

The fact that the staff that work that night wouldn't check us in or accommodate us was on hold for 3hrs when trying to make modifications and then was talked rudely to by a staff member when checking in and stated I never had a reservation and they were booked then stated she was canceling my reservations when I tried showing her my confirmation number ...some of the staff do need better attitudes and need to clean rooms a little better

nothing it was so horrible I didn’t even stay there and instead drove the 550 mile back home without any sleep!

The staff was rude, the curtains were torn, the headboard wasn’t attached, the wall art was leaned against the wall, the bathroom had a hole in the door, there was a barrette on the floor in the desk area, the bed had no comforter or blanket, when I asked for a comforter the staff rudely said what do you want me to do set one back for you?? No sir I want my room clean and that should have been on the bed! The elevator smelled like Snoop Dog’s locker and there were dogs of all sorts everywhere! I complained and all I got back was a $10 credit! What a joke!
