I will never use booking.com again you are a scam and I will tell everyone I know never to use booking.com
Booking.com said we could cancel as long as the hotel said so we tried six times and got nothing but lies from the agents at booking.com

The pool had a slide which was nice for the kids but we missed it when it was open and then it wasn't open again due to staff shortage so that was disappointing.
The rooms were good sized! The breakfast was good, lots of options to choose from! I liked that the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. There was also an outdoor pit which was nice to sit by at night.
The cleanliness of the room. The towels didn't seem clean having stuff on them that could have probably come out in the wash. The floor in the bathroom was sticky. There was hair in the tub even though we haven't used it yet. The lamp shade had a wierd something on it and there were smudges and finger prints from something all over the TV stand. It made the room uncomfortable. Also had some black smudges on the sheets. I paid alot to stay there and don't feel like it was worth it which is disappointing because I feel like it could have been a new hotel for us to go to when we come to Duluth (which is often).

the location was great the hotel was quiet we got good night sleeps, the fire pit outside by the main entrance was great too nice place to unwind.
shower was tricky to take because of standing in the narrow tub.

Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and provided many different options from hot food to cold.
Bed was a bit hard but got used to it after the first night.

Breakfasts were excellent, grandkids loved the waterside and pool although the water was chilly, we loved the hot tub and the laundry room, comfortable beds.
Pool was cold and there wasn't even minimal housekeeping like emptying garbages and picking up wet towels. 2 tiny garbage cans filled quickly with 3 little boys.

My kids loved the pool and the waterside. It was a very relaxing and much needed trip.
Broken floor tiles in bathroom, stains all over carpet and curtains, very rusty sprinkler in bathroom, sink in the bathroom had a hard time draining

The water slide is a lovely addition to the pool area. We enjoyed having access to the dining area for our meals and sitting around the fire pit in the front.
We were just driving through the area and it was a little bit of a distance off our route but I think it was worth it for the price plus the pool and hot tub.

It was average and appeared it was once a decent hotel.
The furniture was filthy and did not want to even take off my shoes to walk on the carpet. The bathroom had dirt in every corner. The bed was extremely hard

The yogurt fridge was locked both days during breakfast hours. After asking a staff member they did however unlock it and were very helpful!

I absolutely love the complimentary hot breakfast. My oldest daughter enjoyed making fresh waffles and pancakes. I loved the variety of options and best of all - it was no additional price for food.
The hotel needs to be remodeled and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. My partner is having back discomfort days later.

The breakfast was good.
The pool water was too cold for my 18 month old, so she missed out on the fun. The rooms are small. They had the heat so high in the room it literally too your breath away when you opened the door.

Asked to switch rooms after check-in, was told nothing available, bathroom fan didnt work was told they are silent fans and after shower the whole room was moist from steam, mold in bathroom, dirty shower, fecal stains on waterslide, asked for refund was told they dont do refunds even after I asked to change rooms, I was overcharged at check-in and never got refund or a response back from the hotel.

Breakfast was good. Lots of choices. Pool with waterslide was great. Room comfortable. Staff was friendly.
Pool area was a bit dirty but that was due to users. Told staff about it and they immediately took care of it.

Entire family still dealing with an itchy rash from either the pool water or the beds. The breakfast and water slide isn’t enough of a benefit over other places to make us want to return
