We stayed at The Hampton Inn while visiting our son that attends college in Duluth. We were very pleased with our stay. The staff was friendly and the hotel was inviting. The breakfast was an average hotel breakfast, nothing special but good. Plenty of seating. There is so much to see and do in Duluth but still had time to visit the pool and hot tub, which was clean and relaxing. There are many restaurants close by along with shopping.

I did not care for the full bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash attached to the shower wall. We ended up going to Target to purchase our own. Not a huge deal though.

Location. Texas Roadhouse in the parking lot. Pool and hot tub. Good breakfast. Huge comfortable rooms.

Expensive

Excellent breakfast..no glasses in bathroom..no pens or paper..large clean room

I thought the breakfast could have been better. Limited choices? We left at 5am to go back home and the to go breakfast was awful.

The breakfast and the WIFI. Was never able to get on and I have XFinity Service. No daily housekeeping of which I believe we paid for according to the prices.

The facility was new and great!!!! The bathrooms were the best! Reakfast was super!

Staff was great. Facilities were nice. Back patio was great. Pool was great and clean. Hot tub was very clean. The maintenance crew at this place were busy and they did a mighty fine job.

The fire pit out on the patio was not in working order. Our tv in our double queen suite was set up in a really inconvenient location.

Very clean and comfortable. I love to stay in Hilton hotel because I know what I get.

I called to ask if the rooms has a microwave since I didn’t remember if the Hampton has it and the lady told me every room has a microwave which was not true. I had to use the lobby microwave. Not my preference.

Modern and comfortable

Nice sized room and nice sized bathroom. Chaise lounge chair in room greatly appreciated. I had just had wrist surgery. Good breakfast choices.

Missed the fact that there was no microwave in room. One would have been greatly appreciated after having had surgery.

The pool was closed and nobody knew if the sign was up from the day before or if it was actually closed. We were not able to use the pool because nobody communicated with us when they removed the sign from door

The room was very nice. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was great, too. Plenty of places around to go eat or go shopping. We o ly stayed for one night but next time we might stay two.

Uncomfortable bed

People aren’t wrong about the cleaning being very poor in rooms. I found hair in the bathroom, smears of what looked like food on the door to the bathroom, some trash under the pull out bed. Overall just not the greatest but not the worse. The WiFi is HORRIBLE, there’s no excuse to be paying so much for somewhere to stay and having internet as slow as dial up. Also I was never told we had to pay nearly $300 as a “hold” on our card when we literally used Affirm to pay, it was paid in full by the company. Only being told the damage fee is $50 then having another $250 on that is ridiculous. Booking, Affirm and hotel/hotel staff need to communicate and educate each other better because it’s BS I was out $300 my entire trip.
