Very bad experience. Otherwise OK, but I was charged twice for the room. I already paid for the room via booking.com on our way to the motel, but the guy at the reception said it has NOT been paid. He said it is never paid via booking.com in their case, they just check the credit card is valid. I thought OK, maybe I misunderstood then, and paid (again), only to notice later that my credit card had been charged twice. I contacted the motel FIVE TIMES via three different channels and asked them to return the double payment, but they were playing totally dead. Nobody was interested, the customer was gone, who cared? I only received my money back when booking.com contacted the motel directly and asked them to return my money. Thanks to booking.com for that! No apologies or anything from the motel. Again: very bad experience, awful customer service. I really do not recommend a place like this.

Room was clean and looks new than other motels. The price was good.

The air conditioner has very loud noise maybe because the room is small. It made me cannot sleep well. But the room was too hot with closing the air conditioner.
