Wonderful service in bar/restaraunt. Beds could be updated and a slightly musty smell. Shower pressure is awesome. Overall a great stay!

We were so impressed with our stay here. The room was gorgeous, and much bigger than expected. We had a pup with us and they had a dog bowl, poo bags, and treats waiting for him in our room. The bathroom was beautiful and the room was quiet and convenient off the highway. Will definitely stop here again. Additionally, was very clean and accommodating.

Onsite restaurant was very convenient and the food excellent.

Hard pillows and soft small bed (was that really queen size? My mistake not picking double queen room!) Air conditioner came on for exactly 12 seconds every 15-30 minutes. Room was clean and neat. Coupon to use toward a very large breakfast. All in all, not bad.

We stayed one night while passing through. Easy location. This is an older hotel that could use some upgrades, but clean. The restaurant attached to the hotel makes the stay worthwhile. The food was delicious. They sell the biggest cinnamon rolls you have ever seen. I would stay here again.

Very dated interior, walk way going up the stairs were stained and full of drink stains. But the adjacent Cousins Restaurant and separate bar area were awesome. Very Country farm vibe, with really big portions in meals.

We like Cousins. It’s clean, great showers, and the staff they have is friendly and accommodating. But it appears they are really short staffed. Front desk workers helping to deliver room service from the restaurant, leaving the front desk empty on a Sunday morning when people are checking out? Service at the restaurant is slow. But, rooms are clean, and it’s fairly priced. We will come back.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Enjoyed a light meal at the restaurant. Best tomato basil soup I've ever had. Husband's NE clam chowder was also very good. Convenient to the highway but didn't hear any road noise. Would highly recommend. A great bargain.

Well done for routinely servicing the room during our 3 night stay. So many hotels skip this. Our vaulted ceiling room with its walk in shower and double vanity unit was very well equipped and represents excellent value for money. The hotel has a saloon and restaurant, fairly basic food but there's plenty of restaurants a short drive away. Plenty to coffee in the room and in the lobby. Very friendly and helpful team. Good vibe in the saloon with great craft ale. Very many recommend this hotel

The room was TINY! The toilet paper was right about at my arm pit & so close, you rub against it when using the toilet. The mattress was painful. When I looked at the rooms online, it showed every one at 291 sq ft, so i assumed it would be like the last time we stayed here. The gal at the desk at check out was very unprofessional. PM staff was great! We are seniors & were put upstairs. There is no elevator, or was not offered. The parking lot is all torn up & partially blocked. We've stayed before & chose it again because of that experience. We won't stay again. Very poor experience. It may be an Expedia problem for showing all of the rooms that I checked at 291 sq ft but I don't know.

Very helpful staff. We booked 4 hotels for this trip. Cousins was the only one thanking us for our reservation before our arrival. The hotel included a restaurant which had good food and incredible deserts. It was nice to eat dinner without searching for a nearby diner. It took several tries to logon to the WiFi. My Chromebook and Samsung phone had trouble with the longin prodedure.

Very quiet..easy to sleep. Key cards wouldnt work correctly to get in room.took us several minutes each time.

Comfortable, easy access to and from I-84, good restaurant as part of the facility.

Room was outdated, dingy, minimal lighting, smelled stale and furniture in poor condition. Both sink and shower were very slow to drain. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Clean, well-insulated for noise, and comfortable. The fixtures are well worn but we had a good night’s sleep and a nice, hot shower. Good homestyle food at the restaurant and great pie.

Cousins Inn was an unexpected treat. We were just there one night on our way through but would definitely stay again - and longer. We chose the room with the vaulted ceiling. It was perfect - very spacious with all the amenities one would need. We had dinner in their restaurant. I had the best Ruben sandwich I’ve ever had. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant were wonderful.

Comfy beds, outdated decor

My daughter and I were very happy about the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff we encountered at check in. We were also pleased with the cleanliness and size of the room.

Nice place to stay! Would like to stay again, liked eating facility on site. The only thing I did not like was the shower, nice and large, but water pressure was not adjustable, only the temperature was. Friendly folks!
