This hotel is very nice and quiet. The rooms are beautiful. It feels like you're in your own apartment. Very comfortable cozy and peaceful the most comfortable bed I ever had in my life. I would recommend I stay here to anyone who likes peace and quiet when traveling

The only thing I did not like was some of the housekeeping services. Sometimes my room would get skipped but they always did make up for it if the maids got off work early the manager would help me with anything I needed.

I paid for a spa tub and it didn't work and no point in providing smart tvs when you don't give the guests the remote to use it.

Location of the room. Initially room ready to receive guest.

No room cleaning service during 3 night stay. Had to ask for clean towels and trash to be taken out. Walls very thin. Obvious permanent residence community. Family members just hanging out eating and having tea. Old man kept saying we're going to follow up with the cleaning crew which was obviously "themselves."

The property was very clean and the staff was very friendly. And I really appreciated that the room did not smell like smoke, there had been many times where I went to other hotels and had to actually leave the hotel because every room they put me in smelled like either marijuana or cigarette smoke. It was small children it’s not an option to stay in a room that smells like smoke. So it wasSuch a relief to enter the room and it smelled fresh and clean.

That the spa (hot tube) was not open.

jacuzzi jets didn’t work, only one nightstand that looked like it should have been thrown out years ago. Heater sounded like a diesel truck engine all night long! people above us moved furniture around all night. TV wouldn’t turn off. very loud outside the door. Found out they rent on a weekly/ monthly basis for people who would be homeless through the county , which is fine. But they shouldn’t be advertising as a hotel for travelers then. This was not worth $120.
