Got upgraded to the Sweet for FREE. Which was very nice! They didnt have to do that at all.

Can't find anything I didnt like about it.

So close to downtown and so easy to get to!! Check in was a breeze and we felt so welcomed!! 👻

Jacuzzi tub didn’t work, shower pressure was real low and not much hot water.

The room was very clean and new remodel even though it is a very old motel. Very quaint with a different feel. Loved the atmosphere. Loved the fact that I could walk to the downtown area and eating places. Even the trolley and tram were across the street making travel in town very easy. The car could stay parked all the time at the motel and not bother with paid parking and parking spaces not being available.

A few more modern things would have been a plus. Better coffee machine and microwave would have been a plus. But the plus out weigh the negative. If you need a workout room and a spa area and lots of extras this is not for you. I will definitely stay again.

Everything!!!!! Older property but very taken care off. GREAT PLACE TO STAY AND CHRIS TAKES CARE OF YOU. NO MATTER WHAT WALKS OF LIFE YOU ARE FROM. WE WENT DONE FOE BIKERS, BLUES, and BBQ.

We have been to Eureka Springs many times in the past but this was our first time at this hotel....it definitely will not be our last. The owner greeted us and was a very pleasant funny guy. Made us feel at home immediately. The hotel was wonderful. Out room was spotless. The architecture of this place was very whimsical. Can't wait to go back and stay again.

It was reasonably clean and the management was very friendly.

It is an older motel so it is what it is. It was just ok but no complaints about the cleanliness.

The front desk was great and made the check in process very easy.
