Just what we wanted. We stayed in room 206 which is a king sized bed with a jacuzzi. The room was clean. The jacuzzi was very nice. The shower head was tall (I am 6').so I didn't need to do the limbo to take a shower. I didn't need anything more than a place to sleep for the night. I didn't have to pay for amenities I wasn't going to use. And the price was good.

Really the only possible negative might be it was on the second floor. Oh no, I had to walk up a flight of stairs. But since we didn't have much to carry it certainly was no problem. The good outweighing the bad would be ten-to-one.

if you are looking for modern decor, it is not modern. the pictures are exactly what you get. I was totally okay with that, but I know some are more picky. I loved our room and our stay. I will definitely go again!

Room was very clean and the view from the room into woods very relaxing. Also the housekeeping staff never knocked on the door to service the room yet this was done by the time we returned for the day.

Stayed here many times. Always clean. Always friendly people. In a beautiful setting. Often see deer off the back balcony.

Nothing. Was just what we have come to expect from them. When we go to Eureka Springs that is where we always stay if there is a vacancy.

I LOVE this property. the owners are so sweet. the rooms are large and well maintained. very clean, and modern furniture and linens. even the small details to the rooms are immaculate. I just love this place and the price is very affordable especially if you’re on a budget. easy access to the street, plenty of parking. I could go on and on

I brought food to heat since it was Thanksgiving holiday and popcorn to pop and arrived to have no microwave in our room. Finally got 1 the day before we left. Our bed was terrible literally sank in to a hole no matter what side you layed on. Noisy...whoever was above us sounded like they were throwing a hard ball on the floor or into a tub ALL night long into the morning the last 2 nights of our 3 night stay. Totally disappointed this visit.

I travel through the year. I sing professionally and stay in many hotels. Usually the comfort inn chain. This time I needed something closer to the venue and something that was a little more price friendly. I was just expecting a bed for the night and was so surprised from the minute I pulled in. The property is amazing. Being a former employee in the hospitality field, I tend to be more critical than most guest but this place is amazing. The owners are so sweet! The rooms are large, comfortable, great decor, nice towels, linen, very clean and the beds are so comfortable. I will forever stay at this property when performing in the area!’ It compares to the comfort in chains and at least this weekend was 1/2 the price!

Exceptionally clean, very comfortable bed, great location, a great value for the price.

The room was great looked like it had been recently remodeled very clean. Close enough to town lots of restaurants near by. Great little place. Very affordable great value. Even got a call from them we made the reservation about what time did we anticipate our arrival so they would have the room ready. Great thoughtfulness service you just don't expect anymore.
