The room was clean

The lights were NOT on inside the main entry. No one answered the first time we came in. Returned 2 hours later to check in. The website said pool and hot tub but when I called the front desk was told it was seasonal … then a sign on desk said Po permanently closed. Cream for coffee was sour and lumpy in my coffee and there was NO working ice machine out of 3 machines

This was the most hospitable place I’ve ever stayed. And I’ve stayed all over! I however still haven’t received my points and nobody could help me.

I had no complaints! I was so grateful for the cost, ease, and hospitality!♥️👌

the location was convenient

it’s advertised they have a pool and spa and they do not. That was what made us choose this motel.

The people were very friendly, it was also nice and quiet. You can tell they are trying to make it nice. The bed was surprisingly comfortable for the price. It was cleaner than places I've stayed for more than twice the price. I give them credit for working with what they have.

You can tell they are trying but the place needs a complete renovation or take it down and start fresh... you get what you pay for ... you can tell they come in and try to repair things probably weekly cuz the place is being held together by the paint touch-ups.

advertisement on Booking indicated breakfast was included. There was no breakfast. Also Wi-Fi was included and a Wi-Fi code was given at check in but the Wi-Fi did not work in the room. in the morning the front desk was closed at 8:20 am when I left, so could not voice any concerns.

Price. The manager and son's were apologetic and tried to make it better.

DIRTY. DIRTY DIRTY... BUGS FLYING AND DEAD EVERYWHERE (FLIES AND MOSQUITOS)... UNKNOWN BODY FLUIDS.. BLACK DOG HAIR INSIDE ALL OF SHEETS OF BED.. BURN HOLES IN ALL COVERS.. DIRTS BALLS HANGING ON WALLS/CEILINGS.. CURTAINS CAKED WITH STAINS AND WOULDNT CLOSE.. PHONE WAS GRIMMY.. TABLE NEARLY FALLING OVER.... AND ON AND ON. The place is falling apart. I should have be given a full refund.

The room was very clean and the staff was wonderful.

There was a fight in the parking lot on Friday night that woke everyone up. The key cards to the room stopped working on Saturday morning.

Hotel grounds are well-maintained and decently attractive. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was larger than I expected and fridge and microwave were both functional, with stocked tea and coffee. To my relief given other reviews, my bed was clean and did not have any bedbugs. The lawn outside was a nice spot to walk my dog, well lit and felt safe.

Walls are very thin, especially since both walls shared doors with neighboring rooms. Wifi kept dropping out. And minus my bed, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired -- after following the scent of urine I found a stale puddle of old dog pee underneath the armchair that was particularly disgusting, and cleaning it up showed me just how gross the floor in general was.
