No pool or hot tub

Good basic services at a reasonable price.

The last morning. The whole room and down the hallway smelt of cigarette smoke. The smell was on the entire 2nd floor. The rooms all stated the facility was smoke free.

The woman who checked us in was so very pleasant and helpful.

I thought it was overpriced. A lovely town like Watertown has great hotels cheaper.

My niece got bit by a bed bug I was told I would be contacted by the manager never was.

Breakfast was minimal. Location was decent, near center of Sisseton.

The management absolutely confirmed in writing at the time of booking, they have 220V NEMA 14-50amp outlet for Tesla charging. They do not. They do have a partially functional 110V 12 amp max which would take 4 days to fully charge. Lack of charging limited my mobility and ability to see sights in the area. They did agree to drive me to an RV campground a couple miles away which they then admitted they had done in the past for another Tesla owner. So they knew about the problem when they confirmed my stay on Booking.com Not good. Staff seemed unhappy.

The bedspread was absolutely disgusting! The blanket on bed also had big holes in it. The room didn’t smell the best ( kind of like dirty feet). The tv stand was broken, causing the tv to lean way forward and off to one side. The pool wasn’t working. The lady that checked people in was not very friendly.

The bed was comfortable. Location was good and room was basically clean.

The bed was made nice, except the pillows looked like they had been slept on as the cases were very wrinkled. Pulling the covers back and the sheets were the same. Plus the corners of the fitted sheet weren’t pulled all the way down over the mattress and the sheet was inside out as well. I lifted my pillow up to adjust it and there was a hair on the sheet underneath it. Checked to see if the window was locked and it wasn’t. I tried to lock it but the lock portion was broke. So, my husband got his channel lock and used it to secure it.(This day and age there’s no such thing as being too careful!,) Bathroom faucet could use some attention. It kept running unless you turned it a certain way. No waffles for breakfast. Other than that, it wasn’t bad…sorry, but you asked. I wasn’t going to complain.

The facility was absolutely atrocious, you still get charged for a pool they haven’t had in 2 years, the doors don’t latch the bathtubs have wholes in the side, nothing is clean over all do NOT stay there

There are several health and safety violations at this property. They charge $5 per person for pool use when it is broke. Door key cards don't work. Very dirty and gross. Go somewhere else.

Breakfast was poor quality - only cereal and apples. Expected more.

One of the beds was squishy and soft and left my Bach aching badly.

Location was fine. Breakfast was o.k.

Telephone was useless; not even able to make local calls. Communication bad. Attendants command of English language was poor. We stayed two nights. The maid service did not make the bed or leave toiletries. The sink did not drain well.

One pillow smelled sour.
