Location & was pleased with the cleanliness

The price was too high.

Everything was excellent and the crooked pint breakfast was delicious. The dove soaps in the bathroom were unexpected but totally appreciated. The hot tub and pool were great and we had fun with the lily pads water cannons and netting.

The TV seems outdated. While i loved the ports being open in the front, the size and mounted on the wall aspect, they didn't have apps, nothing terrible but it wouldve been nice to have access to Netflix, YouTube, etc. I haven't used DirecTV in forever but it seemed outdated, there was no moving channel info guide, instead having to watch a scrolling guide on channel 3, the "info" didn't work either, stating unavailable.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. When my husband and I were trying to pay for snacks at the vendor in the corner of the hotel, the male clerk wanted to check the pockets of my husband's shirt. He thought my husband had been sneaking things into his pockets. As a result of checking, there was only his car key in my husband's pocket. The male employee apologized briefly, but we were already insulted. Also, I asked the male employee about breakfast. I paid the hotel bill including breakfast, but he did not give any guidance when I paid. So, before going to bed, when I asked the male clerk about breakfast, he pointed his chin at the lobby corner of the hotel. When I asked," you mean we are supposed to eat there", he nodded. However, the next morning I was embarrassed again. Breakfast was not in the hotel lobby, but in the restaurant next to the hotel, and even the male employee didn't give me a meal coupon, so I had to pay for breakfast. I told another female employee what had happened. The female employee gave me a meal coupon and got a refund for the meal, but I was already very disappointed with this hotel. The female employee reported the unfair situations that had happened to the manager of the hotel, but the manager did not apologize to me on behalf of the hotel. Perhaps because I am Asian from another country, I was ignored and discriminated. This is a hotel that does not welcome guests.

The hotel's staff was unprofessional. He discriminated me. He suspected my husband of being a thief.

Very good. Good location. Pool area nice. Kim at front desk was wonderful!

we like the location and the restaurant that is attached. The rooms are well insulated because you feel like you are the only guests.

Friendly atmosphere, clean rooms, clean facilities, nice property

longer hot tub hours for adults that are just relaxing. As long as they are not causing issues shouldn’t be an issue in my opinion.
