It was cheap and the beds were large and comfortable. Air conditioner worked amazingly. Honeslty it was a good motel except for two issues

Our smoke detector kept going off every hour because needed new batteries.. called and they told us to take batteries out we did that and it kept beeping because it didn’t have batteries in it. We couldn’t take it down from the wall because there wired and by that time no one was answering the telephone number cuse it was after hours. So we had to listen to the super loud smoke detector all night going off and wake us up. Then I kept getting bit by something through out the night. Had marks on my body when I woke up. Checked the sheets again and found fleas. They don’t except pets but the bed had fleas so not sure how that happened. Was not happy!!!

There is nothing to say that it appeared clean, till i saw a roach in the bathroom. im not laying my head down where there are bugs.

There were 2 -3 roaches seen in the bathroom. Sorry not happening.

Great place to stay for the money. Staff was very friendly and the hotel is a short drive to everything in the area.

The bed was to firm tossed and turned all night even though I brought my own pillows and blankets 😞

Everything first entry into the establishment was very small one way no signs it advertised a three bedroom apt it was a room with three beds smh the appliances were half ass working and no cookware if you wanted to stay for a while they offered nothing was very un helpful and late check out was 25$ per hour this place is the worst only good for pitstop change clothes don't put nothing down bring all your own supplies and go and they have people living on the property permanently 🙄😡🤷🏿‍♀️

I cannot say enough great things about this location! Quiet, close to Williamsburg , able to check in very late, the rooms were CLEAN!! and didn’t smell badly! The air conditioner was great, water was hot and pressure was strong. The fridge, freezer and tv all worked properly. I want so badly to give them a perfect 10 BUT the mattress really needs to be replaced. It was noisy and I could feel the springs. I will be returning (just bringing a mattress topper with me!!) Oh, did I mention affordable? Yep, that too!

There was a full size fridge and flat top stove in the room. The value was reasonable. The room was clean and no noise issues.

There was a significant amount of falsa advertisement and the staff was very rude about this. Staff was not reasonable, would not correct the misinformation and stated that they were very aware of the false information on-line. The room was advertised as a 3 bedroom apartment with 3 beds, dining and seating area; that it was for 6 adults. This was incredibly incorrect. It was a typical 2 full size bed hotel room, with a separated bedroom containing one bed. There was no 3 bedrooms nor was there a seating area. The wifi was only available for 2 devices. We were not allowed to have the 6 adults and 3 YOUNG children, we were forced to either pay $15 x3 for extra adults (despite the site listing it as being available for 6 adults and the staff stating children were free) or purchasing an additional one bedroom. The staff was very angry when we were attempting to have a reasonable conversation about the situation. We offered several ways to amend the situation including requesting cots if we were to pay $45 extra. The kitchen was present, but there was absolutely NO kitchen items, NONE. So if you needed to use the space, you had to provide all cook ware despite several cupboards. There was a large, red sign in the office as well as a required signature that acknowledged no refunds were to be given.

I went for a simple rest from everything. The view out the back window of the woods was awesome! I enjoyed watching the squirrels frolick and play. Wifi and tv service were great! Room was spacious and comfortable.

Booked a room that said was a 2 bedroom apartment. Was only a room with 2 beds. No breakfast.

The rooms are aged (bedding and carpet), yes. But they’re kept really clean. The bed was comfortable with super fluffy pillows. And the showers? Heaven. So hot and the water pressure was fantastic. The location was convenient to Williamsburg and food. The room had a mini fridge with a separate freezer door which is nice. Flat screen TV. We usually stay at high end hotels/resorts, and in comparison, we were really pleased with our stay.

Mildly stained sheets is really the only bad thing I can say for what we paid.

Nice clean and cozy. Not far from Yorktown or Newport News. Easy to get to!

Limited number of devices for wifi

For a motel the facility is obviously well cared for. Recently renovated, painted, new carpets…we all slept well and the air unit drowned out any noise from the road. I was greeted by the owner who was friendly and wakes into a very clean space. The shower is POWERFUL and HOT! I wishi would have taken photos of the facility. Thank you for caring for your property!
