The location was prime you were around restaurants and the mall was across the street

Some one pulled the fire alarm and we had to evacuate in the cold. That's wasn't the staffs fault

The staff were all very friendly, polite, and professional! The bed and pillows were comfortable, and breakfast was delicious!

There was a slightly musty smell in the hallways and the room, but that isn’t the fault of the desk staff or housekeeping.

The front desk staff was friendly.

Beds were uncomfortable. there were bed bugs, bathroom wasn’t fully clean. Very outdated. overpriced and the most run down Holiday Inn I been at.

The a.c constant fan feature. The bedside closet.

The pillows were honestly bad. We had to ask for towels.

Great location. Super nice and helpful staff.

No towel bars in the bathroom. Maybe change the breakfast food a little.

Location and the reception staff

Cleanliness. Room 404 was very dusty. The night stand the lamps. Also the garbage bags left hanging on the side of the waste basket as opposed to being placed in the basket. I had to go downstairs and request wash cloths and towels because none were supplied

Great location! Huge shopping center right across the street and several restaurants very close. Breakfast was good not great and pretty standard for most hotels. The front desk employees were super nice and helpful.

TV remote didn't work to turn the tv on and off (Room 403) and the shower would leak onto the floor of the bathroom if I didn't put the curtain all the way up to the wall.

Bed was very comfortable and room was clean! Loved the Airport Computer Screen and being able to get coffee 24/7 ☕😍👌

They had two different types of sausage but no Bacon and I don't like sausage. Please get some Bacon!!!😞 The omelets were okay but would have much rather had scrambled Eggs instead.The Bathroom didn't have a working exhaust fan. It rained the night before but stopped by 7pm and when i went out on the patio to eat my Breakfast the next morning all the chairs were still stacked on top of each other and all the tables were all wet still because nobody had dried them off and put the chairs back at tables yet still. I feel that should have been done before Breakfast time because they have a very nice patio to sit out on in the morning for Breakfast! Someone did come out however and dried them off after I said something to the front desk about it,so thank you for that!!!😊Also even though I didn't need it,they had a computer screen showing Airport flight time departure and if they were on time or running late! I thought that was so AWESOME! That's the first time i had ever seen a hotel offer that for guest and it was definitely a nice feature for sure,so you go Holiday Inn Express!!!!!! 😁 over all my first stay there with you was great and I will definitely stay there again. Thanks so much!
