breakfast was great. variety in what was served. missed the pancake machine it did not work..

A two-bedroom suit with a tiny bathroom. I get it, not much to be done about it, but that was a disappointment with two adults and three small children.

Breakfast was only fair. Juice was like a powered drink mix with water. Not good. No pancakes just waffles. When I asked about the pancakes she said was not delivered this week

Basic with very friendly staff.

We had the two room suite. The second room did not have air con nor heating. I wonder how this can be called a room? It appears to have been a storage room converted to a room.

Location was convenient.

Old, marginally maintained facilities. Water was brown. Staff said it is always that way. Why not install filtration system? We chose not to shower and just left.

The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was great. Very clean.

The lady who checked clearly needs to improve her customer service skills. We had an appt at 1 pm. We arrived at 11:30 and asked if we could check in early to get ready. She acted super put out that we would ask. She asked what type of room we had booked. I gave the reservation # (I had prepaid) so she could see the details..she didn't want to look it up and told me "just tell me". I couldn't remember if I'd asked for a ground level floor (which I usually do). She said she couldn't tell me what had been reserved for me. She didn't look up the reservation and seemed very irritated that we had arrived early (although my reservation said we would be arriving at noon). She then flat refused to work with us on checking in an hour early. We ended up driving to the local fairgrounds where the bathrooms are clean and I washed my face, dressed for our 1 pm appt and made the appt on time. Hotel was nice...staff needs improvement. I have a degree in Travel & Hospitality and am very in tune to the importance your front staff has on a business.

Breakfast was on par with other hotel complimentary breakfasts. Room was very clean, comfortable bed and quiet.

Rates were a little high, parking near room was a little sparse.

Pool and Jacuzzi not working again!!!

I was pleasantly surprised. The outside looks like a slightly dated motel but don’t let that fool you because they have put their upgrade money where it matters most, the inside. The rooms are modern looking and are very comfortable and clean. The reception and breakfast area have also been updated and are as nice and up to date as any new hotel. If I am every traveling that way again I will definitely stay there again.

The parking area is a little on the small side but not horrible.
