it was close to where we were going. Melissa at included breakfast was pleasant. it had a bar/restaurant attached.

it was musty and dirty, broken doors, broken shower rod, chirping smoke alarms, pool was closed, front desk (Brendan and William) were not helpful, asked me to fix the smoke detector myself, overpriced, loud through the night with partying people.

Our room faced the pool and was so pretty. Love that you can walk right in room. Great restaurant on site and very close to downtown Culpeper.

Not many TV channels. Could hear water dripping from upstairs so it needs to be checked out. Room above us was very loud and sounded like a herd of Buffalo walking.

I tried the breakfast 2 days in a row. They were both equally disappointing. The first day I told the waitress the food was cold. I heard her tell the kithchen.They replied, "Stir it around." There was no variety the 2nd day either. Terrible coffee - Greasy sausage, no egg dishes, fruit cocktail from a can, wrapped muffins from a generic vendor with no taste, Soggy pancakes and french toast, bacon matted in a huge hunk, - shall I go on? By the 3 of 5 days, I just went elsewhere.

The property sorely needs updating and cleaner brighter colors. My drapes were 2 distinctivley different lenghts. No newspaper - vital for business people. I was on the first floor and each morning, many diesel trucks from construction workers were backed in and warmed up for 10 minutes - drawing the exhaust into the airconditioner and polutting my room. There was no exhaust fans even in the tiny bathroom. The price for the room was not significanntly cheaper than it's next door compeition - newer, better breakfasts, congenial staff - however, was no vacancy - and I can see why.

Amazing breakfast! Outstanding staff! GM Mr. Scott superb! All the staff were very friendly. Immaculate grounds! Room extremely clean.

Guest who parked motorcycle in breezeway; not staff’s fault. Bed was quite “springy”, didn’t sleep well.

Great Stopping Point prior to our final destination. Place was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Room had no blackout currents, so all the lights from outside the room came in all night long. Breakfast at the attached restaurant was sub par. The eggs were very runny and chewy. The biscuits were crunchy, and the sausage gravy was very salty.

We liked most everything about the room. Breakfast was great.

The toilet was not working well. But I don't think the last guest notified management. We notified the front desk. So I hope they were able to fix it before they rented that room again. The room had a slight wet smell. But it was clean.
