It was a super large room! The lady at the front desk was extremely nice when we checked in.

Needs a little updating and fix peeling paint.

Nothing it is such a bad nasty place

Everything -a very nasty ran down area with a very nasty ran down hotel. Very dirty dresser had mouse droppings, one room had a bullet hole in the window, one room had no safety chain, one bed the box springs had a rip down one side, no wifi, no ice machine, no coffee machines, the shower head was awful and the tub had something in the tub. I paid my room charge but left and stayed some where else. I would NOT recommend this hotel and the pictures they show are not true might have been after it first opened but different looking now. I took pictures

Clean, large rooms, quiet (ALL Rte 66 Lodging has a modicum of train noise; this was quieter than most).

Beds old but still quite comfortable

Motel is on Hwy 66. Older but clean and in good repair. The owners have put in new laminate floors, beds are comfortable. Each room has a refrigerator and a microwave oven. Not fancy but if you want value for your money, this is the place to stay! 👍

Trains pass by but that's the same for EVERY motel/hotel on route 66.

I was traveling from Texas to California and needed a midway point to rest. Upon arriving the receptionist was very helpful and nice. Unfortunately, i did not stay for more than an hour until I decided to take the loss. My room was very musty and seemed the beds were stained. After looking beneath the top sheet i found that there was a thick itchy memory foam blanket. It was also stained and found that to be kind of gross. The worst part that made me leave was after using the restroom and flushing the toilet, i went to the sink to was my hands. After turning the faucet a spew of yellow and brown pour for about 10 seconds until clear water came out. I suspected 2 things: that the water backed up from my toilet i to the sink, or that was someone else's toilet water all over my hands. I was so upset i packed up my things and left for California to endure a 9 hour drive. After already driving 12 hours. It was the most unpleasant stay and i even preferred to take a power nap at 32 degree weather in flagstaff. I would ask for a refund but i dont expect they will give me one.

What i like about it was the receptionist, she was very kind and made sure i left a review. I just feel convicted it had to be a “bad one”. If you want a truly discounted rate to stay somewhere. I recommend here. Just bring a sleeping bag and dont use the sink.

I had to arrive late (close to midnight) because of weather conditions) and the manager was so sweet, and very helpful i then locked myself out of my room and had to go get the spare key, she was very understanding and when i offered to return the spare key she told me not to worry about getting back out in the storm just leave it in the room in the morning. I was travelling alone and she understood so she put me in a ground floor room on the end so i could see the office and she could see me if i needed anything. She went above and beyond and i was so thankful for her. More people should be like her and have consideration for others.She is a STAR!!

There was NOTHING to not like!

bed was amazingly soft, and the shower was literally a jet stream of soothing warmth, the room was huge! and tile for the dog was a plus.

sadly the property is older and has some repair needs, but the comfort of the room I was in made up for it

The staff was very friendly and even upgraded my room free of charge just because they had extra accommodations.

The heater was great during the snowfall and it was cold outside. The location was close to my place of employment and the receptionist at the front desk was very nice and polite. The price was very decent considering it was a late notice because of inclement weather. The color TV was on even during snow fall, there was a microwave and a small fridge for my meal and snacks.

Housekeeping did not put up decent towels for the bathroom and the lavatory was only running cold water. The shower/tub was slippery as there was nothing on the tub such as a tub mat. The shower stall had some knobs that are corroded and dripping water. Someone had written something on top of the left door frame in the bathroom, graffiti maybe? But considering all else, I was very tired and didn't want to drive home in the snow and drive back again in the morning when the roads were bad. The wind blew in some sand and debris under the front door, I'm hoping the housekeeping staff will be better at cleaning up and reporting issues to the manager. I will definitely go back again just to give it a second chance. There were people staying in other rooms going out and coming back after shopping and getting meals.
