Breakfast was fair. Not a lot of different items, but enough

There is a truck parking spot across the hotel... by 4 AM, the truckers started heating the vehicles... no a chance to fall sleep again!

I had to cancel due to breaking down in Winslow arizona..and they were fantastic and decided to waive the room fee.

It was convenient and clean. It was a great price.

It was quite old. The room we were in was across from the breakfast nook so it was very noisy in the morning. We could hear through the walls when the TV wasn't on.

Room was really cold when we checked in. We had to turn on the heat and it took a while to warm up.

Roll in shower was easy to use

I got a spider bite. The entrance needed automatic doors for wheelchair entrance.

No air conditioning in any common area. Tv and refrigerator did not work in the room. Bed was awful. The whole place needs to be redone.

Met my expectations for price paid

What I did not like about the property was they said it was a non-smoking room yet the room smelled of cigarette smoke and the comforter was stained and three days after check in. I am being charged $25 because they claim there’s a stained hand, towel and washcloth that had to be replaced but at no time did they notify me of this.

The staff is very nice here. The location is very good as it is in west gallop not far from exit 16 off of I-40

Breakfast could of added some fruit or yogurt. A few more places to sit. Location was good. Easy access to Highway 40. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Would stay here again.
