I do not recommend this hotel because it is in an area around homeless people. It is dirty. At the time I arrived at the property it smelled dirty and the rooms were dirty.

The breakfast waffle and oatmeal station were excellent!

Was not told that the hotel was under renovation and pool would be closed. Rented room specifically because of the pool from previous stays.My two daughters were very disappointed.

Was clean and beautiful view of the mountains.

Breakfast was good. They have plenty of fresh fruits.

The room looked clean when we got in but found a used q tips lying around in our bedroom just next to the bed. There was also a green object that looks like a bottle. We were too tired to be bothered. Also the blanket were tucked in way too low it barely covered our our chests. I think housekeeping needs to pay attention a bit more.

Silly design - bed next to impossibly noisy air conditioning unit, and opposite a glazed bathroom door - impossible to keep a light on overnight. Make up desk in the interior of room away from natural light. Bathroom fittings poorly installed, hot water ran out halfway through morning shower. Indifferent breakfast.

1st room was about 80F, AC was off and west facing window had shades full open. AC was weak, ask for maintenance from desk offered new room. new room next door had same issue, hot stuffy room with shades open and AC off. This room AC had better output, turned on full shut window shades, plugged in small personal small USB fan and went for dinner and shopppng. within 4 hours room temp was down to mid 70’s. room had two burned out light bulbs.

Location, however, seems like you can’t get away from drug use, see that everywhere we travel.

Having to store food that needed refrigeration with the front desk instead of in frig in room. Due to eco friendly setting. The frig was set for only two hours at a time. Our stay was for 5 days.

Breakfast was very good. Could have used some sausage or bacon. Entrance and exit from motel was very convoluted because of road construction, but that wasn't motel's fault . . . .

A little more variety at breakfast . . .

The front desk staff was amazing. Our room had a very loud air conditioner that could not be turned off (they are in the process of swapping them all out and this one was not changed out yet), and she was happy to let us move rooms. The breakfast was good. I especially appreciated the dairy free options for milk on the oatmeal.

We loved the fact that the hotel is away form the trains - that is why we picked you - but the neighborhood seemed a little rough. We did not have any problems, and it was quiet at night, but we were a bit nervous about all the things in the car.

The hotel and room were both beautiful. The pool was closed due to a very unusual storm that came through town.

I was a little concerned when I had to drive through a not so nice area to get to the hotel, then saw a sign basically saying that crime is high in the area. Was a little worried, but nothing happened.

Pleasant staff, delicious complementary breakfasts, large rooms, comfy beds.

Staff were outstanding.

The air conditioning was terrible in one of the two rooms we rented (123). No change in room temperature after running all night. The breakfast was nutritious, but flavorless. The mattress and pillows were not comfortable at all.

The breakfast was okay, nothing special but variety was good.

Couch too deep not comfortable. Desk chair was broke, not level it was tipsy. Toilets are for midgets I’m average height and it was too low. Elevators went out and no one notified us, phone call would have been nice or a sign on each floor on the elevator. We waited 10 min. Til we called the desk on our cell and found out they were down. My wife is stage 4 bone cancer with a fractured tubular and uses a Walker. It was extremely difficult for her to use the stairs and then I had to bring luggage down. The girl at the desk finally got us a worker to help me as I have heart condition. We did appreciate that ,but also tipped the worker. The price of the room way out of line for what we went through. Also check the filthy garbage cans by the elevator. I would like to see a refund for this room. I hesitate to tell you we stayed at a Marriott the following night for half the price and it was great and clean. The reason I hesitate is I’m afraid you won’t fix the wrongs if you know you didn’t loose a customer!

It was right off the highway. Staff was as nice and accommodating as possible.

The elevator was broken, the ice machine was broken, our room was right by the stairs, and I didn't sleep one bit as people stomped up the stairs yelling. The breakfast was fine. Rooms are small, even for a king suite. Not worth $170 a night. The pull-out sofa was actually a trundle bed. My small 15 year old said she could feel the floor. She's barely over 100lbs.

Everything, comfortable and clean rooms. Spacious too. We had a queen suite to sleep 4. You could actually sleep 6. Staff were friendly and professional. Very helpful.
