It was close to everything and the staff was great!

Staff was extremely helpful-went beyond the norm. The location was super.

Very clean, well designed room with extremely thoughtful lighting, including night lights at floor level that come on automatically when getting out of bed, but do not go off when turning in bed. Plenty of towels and face flannels. Facilities also included a nice gym and a clean pool that was a little small (around 15 meters in length at a guess) but big enough to use for a light bit of exercise. Nice furnishings with a lovely chair with footstool. Room was also very spacious and location was easy to walk to local downtown amenities. Appreciated there was a fridge for cold drinks.

Didn’t like that the only cups in the room were disposable, would have preferred a less wasteful regular mug. The coffee maker also didn’t really have the option to just boil water (at last not obviously). There were ‘tea’ pods but this meant someone couldn’t use his own. Most strangely there was a bath but it seemed the plumbing was such that only the shower would work. Also thought it was a bit strange to have room temperature bottled water in the room but at a price, would have preferred not to have it there at all and only in vending machines. These were all relatively minor issues, though and it was a pleasant room.

La comodidad de la cama y las almohadas, el amplio espacio de las habitaciones, la presión de la regadera y las múltiples entradas al hotel. El chico que nos atendió mientras hacíamos check out fue muy muy amable. En internet es rápido.

La chica que nos atendió para hacer check in parecía estar de mal humor, no pudo ni voltear a vernos y nos atendió con mucha prisa. Por suerte no tuvimos problema con el idioma pero cualquier otra persona podría tener inconvenientes con la chica. Tampoco me gustó la puerta del baño, es corrediza y pesada. Lo que menos me gustó fue que cobraban estacionamiento en el hotel, si te hospedas lo mínimo que esperas es estacionamiento gratis; además de que el costo es muy muy elevado… no me parece Justo

One day out of four they missed my wake up call

There was construction going on next to the hotel, and I didn’t like the noise, but the manager was so kind, and moved me to a beautiful room in a quiet section of the hotel. The service was excellent. The location was very close to the 16th St Mall, but unfortunately the area is not what it used to be. Many stores closed, and the homeless situation is unsettling. But the hotel was exceptional, and I would stay there again.

It has a very beautiful esthetic and loved the location.

The staff was not very nice. From checking in to the restaurant. Just wasn’t the most impressed.

Cost of breakfast was quite expensive. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The cost of breakfast. The convenience of the breakfast buffet didn't make up for the amount paid. If I stay again, I will not be using this service. $35.00 is nearly double the local going rate at a nice breakfast place, and most hotels (nice hotels) have a free breakfast included in the room price. I was led to believe from advertising that it would be likewise included for this stay, and found that it was quite a shock to have it otherwise.

They declined to fulfill my purchased and confirmed reservation for two queens rooms, because it was via booking.com) stating that they were overbooked and they referred me to a neighboring hotel instead which was horrible! Smaller rooms with one bed only Bad and unethical sales tactics
