The hotel is beautiful, great staff in the restaurants and other arears.

Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with the entire stay.

1. I paid for an ocean view room a I had a view of the back side of the casino. 2. There were gnats flying around and landing on my plate at the sushi restaurant. 3. The cigarette smoke smell in the restaurant was unpleasant. 4. The television picture quality was poor. 5. The pillows were uncomfortable. 6. The price for this room was not equal to the quality.

Food at the buffet was mediocre and over priced.

Our primary issue was that the water coming from the bath tub faucets was very green. Not just a little bit, completely green. Initially I thought maybe it was just in our room, but we also had an adjoining room for family and they had the same issue. We both drained the tub of green water and ran a new tub of water in hopes that it would be better but it was not. I have pictures. Nobody would bathe in green water and for several hundred dollars per night, it's unacceptable. We spent over $1000 for 2 rooms, for one night and none of us even got to shower/bathe.

Everything was great. Very clean and organized. rooms were ready and to our satisfaction.

We were given a card to use for discount when purchasing anything or paying since my husband is a veteran. None of the facilities at Beau Rivage accepted it. Everyone had an excuse as to why they could not accept it. So we were not able to get any kind of discount for being a veteran.

Great midway point for me to connect with my sister. Staff in ice cream place was great! Room was fine. Lobby was nicely decorated - fun!

A bit pricey for a casino room Lobby area had a tour group quite frequently meeting near elevators. VERY noisy and hard to navigate through. Tours should be advised not to disturb other guests by their choice of meeting places

The hotel was big with restaurants, shops, a spa and an arcade.

staff was great atmosphere was awesome. only one thing I ordered a breakfast basket it was great, but the condiments was all sticky from the jelly the ketchup, and jelly was stuck together.that was my only complaint.

The room was clean and comfortable.

It was too chaotic. We came for a concert and the nearest bathroom was a 15 min walk away from the concert on the other side of the casino which meant I missed a good 45 minutes of the show just so I didn't pee myself. The pool closed at 9, which was so early. There's only one smoking area which is by the pool so once that was closed we had no access to go out there. The lighting in the rooms are awful so if you need to get dressed and need good light do your makeup by the window. Everything was overpriced and we paid 50 dollars for 2 drinks at one of the bars. Just all around a huge price gouge. There's a gas station across the street and restaurants that are better and cheaper outside of the resort. And finally I have a king size bed and the king size room we had definitely did not have a king bed. I don't know if it's a hotel thing or what but that bed was a queen at best.
