Breakfast was poor, cold, rubbery, low quality products.

They put me in a king when i requested 2 queen. i wouldn't have even mentioned that if it wasnt for all the other nonsense. the guy is then asking the woman why that happened, but hes the one who checked me in, and i had never even dealt with her, shes saying oh its jeffs fault; all in front of me while im standing there in my bathing suit annoyed. thats a conversation for after you deal with the guest. so that means I didn't have enough towels. since i had 3 people and the towels were only set up for 2. When i booked I filtered for a pool and this property came up with a pool in the pictures, but the pool was closed. and it has been adjusted on booking now, but not when i booked it wasn't, did not know pool was closed, not to mention the booklet they gave me that held my keys cards actually had pool hours stamped on it. so that doesn't make sense. i actually tried to call the front desk to see if there were towels in the pool area or i needed to bring some down. and it didnt even connect. just one of those busy dial tones, actually all preset numbers on the phone gave that same busy dial tone. so the next situation actually could have been prevented if the phone actually worked. so we came down in our bathing suits to ask where the pool was and thats how we found out it was closed. then went back to our rooms disappointed but our key card was never activated. so had to come back down with my 2 disappointed kids in our bathing suits to have them activate the key card. to then listen to them try and tell me that it said that on the website etc. the last thing i want to hear when ive been in the building for less than an hour and already had 3 issues, and im standing there in my bathing suit trying to get back into my room was them defending themselves. and trying to figure out why i was in the wrong room and who's fault it was. as the guest i don't care about any of that.

Breakfast was not good. Out of things at 8a, pancake machine broken, no yogurt, everything in a bag.

The swimming pool area was closed. Would have liked to know this when making the plans.

Good! Enjoyed a healthy vegetable omelet and Turkey sausage for breakfast! Staff was friendly and helpful!

The breakfast was ok. Everything tasted frozen and microwaved.

The pool was not open. That’s one of the main reason I booked the hotel. There was not an option to rent a movie. Tv channels was crappy. Refrigerator wasn’t plugged in. Didn’t realize it until I needed it. There was no microwave in the room or the breakfast area. Danishes they had needed to be warmed up to be edible.

the carpeting was stained and coming up in front the bathroom door. the phone did not work in our room #303

it was clean and beds were comfy

front desk wasn’t doing anything about our complaints about the people above us making loud noise past quiet hours . Not enough breakfast options . ice machine didn’t work

I wish the gym offered a bit more.
