rooms were definitely not worth what we paid .

The room was clean.

The service was terrible. The employees were eating the free breakfast with the customers at the lobby tables. They were loud and yelling at each other. There was a $250 damage deposit but the rooms are not checked or cleaned daily. The guest service didn't seem to know how to manage reservations at check in or check out. They let's didn't work consistently.

Close to Ohio state Hospital East. Room had a handicapped shower.

Room was DIRTY! Floor needed to be swept, furniture needed to be dusted and wiped off. Light above the mirror in bathroom did not work. Was locked out of room twice!

They didn’t have my room booked. I had to drive home at 2am. Granted, I booked it the day of, but don’t tell me my booking was confirmed when it clearly wasn’t saved.

Easy access from the highway.

Extremely noisy, kids running around yelling non stop- I asked for a quieter room and was told “ they’d talk to the kids”. Absolutely terrible service, extremely unrestful and completely not worth the cost. I almost left to find a motel 6.

staff wasn’t friendly just Ms crystal at breakfast I seen the general manager get into it with a customer unprofessional I left my coat in the room took 2 days to get someone to answer the phone I started calling at night when I realized my coat was lost to find out they don’t keep clothes we had late checkout the lady clean our room just bust In our room talking about housekeeping when dnd sign was on door she came up early morning with her cart hitting walls and doors being rude we seen a couple arguing he drove the woman on top of his car to the front of the hotel no police was called by staff I have video of both incidents smh just not for me I just want my work key fong don’t care about the north face jacket I know they didn’t throw away smh its hard to believe they have no lost and found when people forget stuff all the time I'm sure they take the stuff for themselves
