the mattresses were not very comfortable (they weren’t terrible- but did not meet expectations) the exhaust fan in shower did not work. the price In restaurant was exorbitant (cup of coffee $5)

Beautiful hotel and location

Room temperature was not regulated…we were unable to cool the room below 75 and the nights because very warm, and we didn’t sleep well.

the vibe and how clean everything was. loved the star projector in my room. loved the restaurant and bar

Beds smelt. Was moved the first night. Beds smelt in next room too for the second night. I was bought a coffee in the morning to say sorry for the inconvenience of having hardly any sleep. Ordered from restaurant - no honey in the cheese board. When called up I was bought a small bit of honey uncovered. Bit offensive as the meal was like $30. Then there was a hair in my breakfast. Was bought a new french toast meal. The other breakfast (salmon and poached egg on toast) was amazing but needs more avocado! there was literally a thin slither like butter!

Beautiful and comfortable hotel themed around stargazing. Our room had a projector that put the constellations on the ceiling. The staff are super friendly and nice.

Room service was a little hard to figure out

The atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing, but definitely still felt fancy. Shower was freaking huge! And the beds were like soft clouds lulling me to sleep. Staff was friendly and attentive!

Honestly my only real complaint was that I didn’t get a chance to stay longer. Oh that and the fact that the bar closed so early, I think it closed at around 9, which was a little too early for my liking but oh well.

Liked the art work and the decor throughout the whole hotel tower
