The staff and food at the in-house restaurant! Walking trails.

Distance from river proper. Thought the room was closer to waters edge. Loud, sustained 4 letter (F word) cussing from outside bar area and beneath my deck with soiled chairs and bird droppings. Unacceptable LOUD OBNOXIOUS CEILING FAN in bathroom. Fan comes on with light, unfortunately! Over-rated upgraded room. Not worth the value/cost Have stayed in more luxurious rooms for half the cost and there was not a problem with TV connectivity.

This hotel would be great for a business convention or large family reunions. The large lobby with seating areas and the nice riverfront area are very conducive to such gatherings. The bar seemed to be a popular spot too. We ate at the on-site restaurant and the food was good. This was a good halfway point to stay for our travels.

We were disappointed when we entered the room and immediately smelled cigarette smoke. Neither of us are smokers and the room was designated as non-smoking. When we spoke with the front desk clerk about it, he said there had been a couple in that room a few days before who blatantly smoked even though they had been asked to stop. Since we were only there one night we just toughed it out but probably would not stay here again. Wish the hotel, knowing about the situation, would have used more effort to cleanse the room of the smell before we arrived.

the location by the river, a river walking trail, and distance between neighboring properties made it a nice experience. comfy/clean beds

Our mattress had a hole in the middle of it and we felt like we were rolling into it.

The package of available channels on the cable tv in the room was exceptionally poor!
