It was a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious and my kids and I really enjoyed the cookies. Lol. The staff was friendly and always available to help. I also appreciated the location. It wasn't far from the beach and other places I needed to go.
When I first checked in there was a very loud and high pitched sound coming from the mini fridge. It really was hard to stay asleep and fall back to sleep. However, once the staff was made aware, maintenance went up to the room and changed it out for a quieter one.

Every was clean. also the staff was so friendly from the front desk girl to the. Cleaning crew also the security.
The parking doesn't have an elevator. I was explained it wasn't connected with the hotel but I parked there and got charged by the hotel so 🤷 a little noise but ok

And the staff was very nice. Rooms are very comfortable, specially bedding is great.
There is not enough bottled water and no airport shuttle that would be very good even if it had to be scheduled

Tolles Hotel in Flughafennähe von LA. Nettes Personal, gute Zimmer, vielseitiges Frühstück, Pool und Jacuzzi. Trotz Flughafennähe keine Fluggeräusche gehört. Parkhaus ($10) direkt nebenan.

great for being near the airport. gym was equipped well and pool and jacuzzi were quiet.
pool looked like it needed a clean. on sat night there is a nightclub nearby and I heard the base thumping loudly until at least 6am !

Close to the airport, cheaper parking is $10 compared to other hotels. Great breakfast with various options and that's also free.
No shuttle service from the airport. Booking.com mentioned free parking but they charged $10. So booking.com should fix this issue and update the website.

Lo único que no me gusto es que en el cuarto se escuchaban los pasos y las conversaciones de afuera y los cuartos de los lados, creo que podrian aislar mejor las puertas que conectan las habitaciónes.

Гарне розташування біля аеропорту, комфортний номер, завжди є гаряча кава та чай біля рецепції, можна купити їжу ввечьорі та підігріти у номері, смачний сніданок (не великий вибір, але смачно!)
Трішки вже застарілі номери та місця загального користування, треба оновлювати.

I enjoyed the self serve breakfast in the mornings and the indoor pool was very nice. Clean and calm hotel with very nice workers.I enjoyed my stay here overall.

There was a bed.
The description advertising this hotel continues to advise airport shuttle. Which is why we booked this. This is no longer the case post covid.
The staff were rude, the corridors smelt and it was the worst hotel of our USA trip.

Rooms are clean and smells nice, bed and linens are fresh, fridge, micro and coffee maker in the room. Breakfast is plentiful and fresh. We love our experience in this hotel. Highly recommended. We’ll be back!
