It was easy to find. The room was clean. The property was well kept.

We stayed 3 nights and the evening staff was unpleasant to deal with. My room key kept deactivating so we had trouble getting in to our room. Every time we had to ask for help, staff made us feel like we were disturbing him.

The front desk let us check in early which we greatly appreciated as we were in town as Vendors for the Gun Show at the Show Me Center. The King bed was very comfortable w/ good pillows. There were 3 sets of towels. The FD personnel were pleasant & professional, parking was good & the hotel overall was very clean. Breakfast area was nice with plenty of choices.

When my husband requested an early check in, the FD Host gave us a different room than what we reserved. While unloading our bags in our room, I checked out the bathroom & saw it was a handicapped accessible room with a tan bath mat permanently adhered to the bathtub as well as a wood backboard(?) which I had never seen. I would not want to sit on that "stuck to the tub" bathmat, as I do not believe it could be 100% sanitary (I may be wrong on that, but it was just not appealing) I went to the FD & told her this was not the room we reserved. She agreed, but said that was all they had IF we wanted to check in early. I would have preferred that she told us upfront that we would be instead in a handicapped room, so we could have made that choice before we brought our bags in. But as she said no other rooms were ready yet, we decided to be grateful we could check in early. There was only one small wastebasket for the entire room which was too small for two nights. .There were a few visible stains on the edge of the shower curtain. But overall it was a good stay. Would stay again, but I would request a regular King Room next time!

Location. Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean rooms. I stay here often and have never been disappointed.

Tried to keep my 100 deposit because of coffee on sheet. Not at all pet friendly

the staff is friendly and helpful. Nice place. Easy access. Convienient parking . Nice location to most things in Cape. If you have a mode of transportations. Will be back when we stay in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
