Staff helpful. Kitchenette (but only one cooktop worked and limited cutlery. ) Plenty of power boards.

Dirty sheets and one smelly doonar. Others OK. Mattress on bed wrong way with cushoon top on bottom and springs to sleep on. Not good. Cold water from hot water tap. Sometimes hot at lunchtime. Toilet keeps refilling until you manually fix it. TV not work but could plug in laptop.

Located next to the Broadway and very close to the Empire State Building.

Not very clean and worn out - more like a youth hostel ! When we asked if we can store the luggage for 1 hour at the reception they asked for 5 USD/unit The room pointed into the small inner courtyard which lead into no daylight in the room.

The location

Zero communication from the host, no clue who it was. Zero communication on where to get the key, how to return it. Multiple texts, calls and emails and ever answered me. Overpriced. Extremely uncomfortable bed. Drain in shower had gross stuff coming up from it and took forever to drain. Very little “household” items. One roll of toilet paper. I could go on. The only good thing was the location.

Front desk host very nice and helpful, especially helpful on great advice for where to take the kiddos, subway stops.

Location was great for the main tourist sights in NY. Main beds were comfortable and the shower was surprisingly good.

Was very basic and lacking in kitchen equipment. Pull out bed was terribly uncomfortable. Toilet blocked very easily. Toilet roll provided was super thin. Central heating could not be adjusted so we had windows open and AC unit on permanently as couldn’t breath with the heat even in December! On our 2nd night a very upset/drunk/drugged/irate woman was shouting, swearing and screaming uncontrollably for a couple of hours during the early hours. She was also shouting for someone to get off her!! A new and unpleasant experience for our children. Not the properties fault but definitely something to bear in mind.

Advertising sleeps 5, not true at all 3 at most. Shower takes 10-25 mins to heat up leave it running. Door not very secure.
