I woke up late didn’t have the chance to try breakfast but hope I will next time. All the way around it was very comfortable smiling faces very helpful I like to continue to stay at the holiday inn in the future

The only thing didn't like later at night the next neighbor was been really loud. Hoping they would go to sleep . But overall it was great later they were queit.

Great air conditioning in room. Window closure was wonderful. No morning light came into room. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The bed was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever felt. I have slept on the floor and had a better night's sleep. The mattress in room 404 was horrendously awful. The shower stall door would not stay closed. The glass doors are on rollers and the one side kept sliding open. It was not leveled correctly when installed obviously. Room not as quiet as other hotels that I have stayed in. Television annoying. Bad sound.

The location was super close to our event. Breakfast was good.

Lobby restroom hadn't been checked in awhile. Feces smeared on toilet and paper everywhere. Checked in for a single queen bed, even though when I booked the room on booking, I'm pretty sure I opted for two beds at a higher rate. When I called to tell the desk, they told me that they were sold out, so they couldn't do anything. On the day of checkout a maid pounded at our door at 10:30 and told us checkout was at 11, but how about we leave now so she could clean the room. I travel frequently, and have never experienced that before. Not great, but I guess it was a room...
