There was an ant problem in my bathroom, which was not a surprise at all to the front desk when I called. Clearly it's an overall problem at the hotel based on the reaction. The solution was to spray Raid in my bathroom while I was still in the room, and it took a good hour to get the smell out. This hotel needs a much better solution to the problem

The front desk staff was welcoming and was accommodating during our multi-week stay. If there was something for our kitchen that we didn't have, we asked and they delivered. Nice little snack and beverage selection available for purchase in the lobby, which was full of light and neat and clean. Free coffee and tea station 24/7 was also nice. The free laundry room helped us out greatly and the gym was rounded out enough for a good little workout! Around the facility is a Holiday Inn Suites, Marriott Suites, so one could walk a few steps across and use the Marriott's outside chairs and firepit when it was going in the evening.

Expedia overbooked so the night before check-in I got a phone call from the hotel canceling my reservation. I'm not happy with Expedia.

The room is too dark. More lamps would be a big plus.

Overall a nice place to stay.

It’s like having a mini studio apartment.

We have stayed in Candlewood hotels many times. This is by far the worst we've ever experienced and I highly doubt we will be back to this one unless some major changes take place. The room layout is great, and if it were only maintained and cleaned properly, it would be a great room. They also need a security guard to ensure that loiterers are not allowed to hang around the entrances.

I think they should have security monitoring the property more consistently.

Everyone here is super efficient, nice, respectful and helpful.

This hotel is a transiant hotel, it had state homeles staying here and transient workers. We do not care who stays here but, the entire hotel smelled like marijuana, the bar b que area we could not use. It was taken over by the transient workers and homeless from the state. They had set up a bar and the sat at the bar b que area night and day. Twice police were present at the hotel. We witnessed drug deals happen in the parking lot. We asked for our money back to changed hotels but were refused reimbursement I am an old retired Deputy, who worked undercover narcotics. All I saw and my family saw was in plain sight. Barking dogs in the hotel kept us up one night, several calks at 1:30 am 2"20 am did not resolve the barking dog. It should be on the website for this hotel that they have homeless housed there by the state, that they have transient workers staying at this hotel. It is not for families with young children as we had with us. The fact that they charged us in full and refused to reimburse us so we could find anothe hotel. That is truly wrong. This place is about money, not safety nor travelors comfort. Shame on this hotel for not caring enough to reimburse us to find another place where we felt save. On a retirement budget and only staying there because it was close to the hospital where I was getting cancer treatment. They could care less, they had my money already

Good service

A good experience overall.

It was not in a good area. People were drinking outside of the hotel at all hours especially at night. We had a broken toilet seat, front desk was notified immediately after check in and it was not replaced at all. I woke up with big bites all over. Marijuana smell consistly in the hall way. Room was never serviced.

Nice guest service attendant. The bed is nice and soft yet firm. The bedding was also comfortable and kept my body at a perfect temperature. However, one of the pillow cases appeared to have black mascara smear. Shower-room towels were dirty; hairs from previous guest on white dirty hand towel. Food items underneath desk. The noise level from outside wasn’t too too bad, but it did make me feel unsafe walking outside to see multiple people coming in and out of one car right by the entrance blasting loud music and smoking marijuana as well flashing their headlight all night. I went to my car thrice, and in all three times the people around that vehicle starred me down; it’s not the kind of experience I want have in the future.

STAY-AWAY! Horrible experience, please please don’t stay! My family and I stayed there and it was the worst. We got there and the front desk guy seemed he was high. The hotel smelled like pot, but a lot, there was a lot of people outside partying, didn’t even feel safe to leave car parked. Around 2 am the fire alarm turned on, nobody knew what was happening, we went downstairs to the lobby and they seemed to be having a party on the front desk and lobby, with drinking and smoking pot (probably why the alarm went on). When checking out told the front desk lady and she just said ok, I don’t know if it is a normal thing in that hotel. So if you are going with family pleaseee don’t stay.

We had a late check in.as my husband had an emergency room visit at the VA. The young lady Yurris was so sweet and ac comadating even though we checked in almost midnight. The room was perfect.Quiet and Comphy. My biggest problem is you have to pay for security to watch your car. That should be disclosed.

Construction being done. I let the young lady know my room smelled of smoke or weed And she accommodated me with some Frebrezz and it worked out she came up with a solution with my issue instead of letting it go and ignoring it

The hotel & rooms are very modern and new. Felt like a studio apartment with all the kitchenette amenities & full size refrigerator, great gym. However as a long stayer for a month my main frustration was the room was not cleaned on schedule as promised and forgotten unless I called.

We came out for my son in law's surgery at lomalinda hospital, thinking this hotel was close by and convenient. But we didn't feel safe. There was a lot of shady behavior going on here. We were uncomfortable and could not sleep at all. We needed to stay another night also, but we checked out and went to another place for our safety so disappointed. I would never recommend your facility ever!!

I like that it had a kitchen

Great staff, clean comfortable rooms.

Room was not thourhouly cleaned or stocked. Minor inconveniences and the area was not great with a lot of unnecessary traffic.

Overall it was a great experience. The staff was awesome and extremely accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the little kitchen helped keep food costs down by not having to eat out every meal. If I could give 4.5 stars I would. The only reason I couldn't justify giving 5 stars was because of the construction of a new hotel going on right next door, and the laundry room. They have free laundry for guests, but other guests made it difficult to use. I was able to sneak in and wash a load, but I wasn't able to dry them because other guests had left their clothes in the dryer and didn't come back for them for a while. I ended up having to find places to hang them in my room to dry. Overall, it was honestly a positive experience. They obviously have no control over the construction, or whether guests will be considerate of others or not. I would 100% stay there again.
